1.   I would absplutely appreciate the help. can I shoot you a PM?
2. thanks for the advice guys. I think I am going to try that aluminum epoxy that Brownells has. I heard that is good stuff.
3. I hear what you are saying, but I am talking about the vendors. I spoke with people who were gunsmiths from other parts of the state.
4. what i neglected to say was that this lower was donated and even has an engraving on it for my page
5. the pressures on that trigger hole are apparently low enough to allow this type of fix
6. not holding it in my hand, but didn't bolt down completely.  as far as what some of the gun people at the gunshow told me, i should finish milling and then use epoxy (http://www.brownells.com/gunsmith-tools-supplies/stock-work-finishing/stock-bedding-adhesives/epoxy-metals-prod5808.aspx) to fill in the hole and then finish. It's just a little above my skill level though, and I was wanting some assistance.
7. I run www.facebook.com/2ndAmendmentUSA. I have @44000 followers and decided to do a video project on an AR build for everyone. I got all of the parts donated and started the build. Well, I had some help from a friend who has a press and jig. The drilling fine, until I started milling out the lower. My friend was out of town for that part and I f'ed up. I made a small mistake and blew out there bottom where the trigger hole would be. Taking it to a gun show, a couple of people thought that I could finish it off and then use an epoxy in the bottom, and then drill it out. This is WAY above my level and I was looking for someone in this area who might be able to help. My video will now be on what to do in a similar AR build situation. Thanks in advance.
8. it's actually HB0320. SB0320 deals with autopsies... Just making sure everyone knows this...
9. By the way, TGO has a "Carry Prohibited Locations" section. Why not a Pro-2A business section? http://video.foxnews.com/v/3690329323001/business-is-booming-at-restaurant-that-welcomes-gun-owners/#sp=show-clips
10. ^^^^LMAO. That is a great point. Maybe make her a muslim democrat also, fighting against the injustices of conservatism and self-responsibility....Her secret identity could be a heroine who works for Planned Parenthood.
11. I think she should be called Whor, goddess of Underneath.
12. not sure yet, as I haven't made it to the range, but in terms of focus/sight pic, then yes it does.
13. I was glad to see that the poll let me vote for all 3, because it depends on the business, the urgency of my going there, and many other things. Each encounter is different.
14. Simple concept.  No batteries. Catches light well. Edited- Not really simple concept, it's a pretty cool concept. I meant to say simple concept of operation.
15. I got one, but have not made it out to the range. From TNGuy's video above, you can see the basic premise. Since the lens magnifies, it stays in focus whether close up on a shotgun or further away on a pistol. Neat concept. Probably gonna put on my wife's rifle.
16. (this is not my business, by the way. just looking for other peoples thoughts on it) I saw a video of this the other day. I got one, but have not tried it yet. Anybody have any experience with one of these? I found a code to save $15 too- put 2AUSA in the promo code box. http://www.seeallopensight.com/
17. I got 7 this morning, using a tennis racket also. My lab likes to chew up the ones that hit the ground stunned.
18. this douchebag actually lives in my county... https://www.facebook.com/shane.slade.39?fref=ts
19. Our friends at Guardian of Valor send us the mighty visage of Shane Matthew Slade. You’ll notice that he wears an unsubdued Special Forces Tab, Ranger Tab, subdued Sniper Tab, and an unsubdued Expert Infantryman Badge, and sergeant E-5 rank which is all pretty impressive when you realize that he only spent 3 months on active duty and booted from the Tennessee National Guard last April when they booted him from Basic training at Fort Benning. Yeah, I don’t know why he’s wearing the South Carolina NG patch, either, or why on his Facebook page he says he’s a 19D (Cavalry Scout). In one picture, he’s wearing the lower half of the 10th Mountain Division unit patch, I suppose because he thought that if he wore the “Mountain” tab, someone might think that he’s a fake. But according to GoV, his former fellow squad mates are the folks who busted him out after they warned him to stop wearing the stuff and he told them that he was still in the Guard. His avatar on Facebook also shows him wearing an FBI watch cap, so I guess when he can’t be a soldier anymore, he’ll switch to the FBI, I suppose.   http://thisainthell.us/blog/?p=42050
20. Because the empire is forming while we watch...
21. If you are unsure, come by tomorrow night. There is also the Legion Auxiliary and Sons of the American Legion. This is an opportunity to sign up, make friends, and get to use a range in Blount County for $35 LIFETIME dues! (bye bye to $18-20 per day range fees) If your father or grandfather served, bring any paperwork that you may have, or at least be aware of when they served and what branch, and the Legion will be able to find out for you.
