  1. I don't believe anything that man says. He was sure singing a different tune in Massachussetts.
  2. Well since I see so many government workers doing little of nothing and sitting on their asses, maybe it's time they started reloading.

    "Glock Haters"

All I know is when I put an HK, XD,or 1911 in my hand it feels at home instantly. I shoot them well and I'm comfortable. I too prefer a hammer over a striker fire so I no longer own an XD.
  4. Better than the imports? NOT! I'm a mechanic, trust me. I just did a clutch on an '09 Cobalt with 58k on it. What a POS.
  5. If you were the owner and were packing heat would they have to disarm you if you said yes to the visit? Not worth the risk. I would decline to. No need to listen to that pompous blowhard in person.
  6. I have had many jobs. I have never had my person or my vehicle searched. EVER. I have had my pistol discovered in my tool box when I was a mechanic. I was told they though it was nice knowing I had it there.
  7. But after you drop the coin and use it, you will never regret it.
  8. You can't beat the Backup from Surefire. A little pricey but made in the USA and always works. Only uses one battery. Carried one for years and I love it. I cannot leave the house without it.
  9. Love that app and radar. I have it on my Bionic and use it several times a day.
  10. Sorry to hear this. Prayers go out to their family and friends.
  11. Best bang for the buck is the EAA Bounty Hunter. Two cylinders, made in Germany and under $300.
  12. I've heard rumors of extractor problems.
  13. M&P feels better. Glocks just feel miserably uncomfortable to me.1st and 2nd Gens where better.
  14. Glad she is OK. That Wal Mart is full of bad news. I hate going there. Road rage is picking up around here. I live off Wildwood Rd. and the tailgaiters are getting bad here. I've had two issues with people this week. Gotta love our Sherriff's Dept though. Good folks there. Always helpful and talk to you like you're a real person.
  15. I'm surprised he found the cops. First time I went to Vermont, I was there for two days and never saw a cop. Actually first Vermont cop I ever saw was in Connecticut. I figured he was returning one of our escapees.
  16. If they fit your hand they are a great gun. Especially in 45.
  17. Bill's ships a lot of guns. That is where I would do it.
  18. this should always be the result of choosing political correctness over common sense.
  19. ADT is a rip off. they install crap componants . They make their money on monitoring fees. They install a junk system that costs them nothing to get you into a contract where they gouge you on the monitoring. I always recommend a reputable local Alarm contractor .
