  1. Dont hold your breath...they have been talking about that project being "almost done" for over a year and a half
  2. Acog TA-33 (unfortunately its the .308 version so the drop compensation is a wee bit off But I dont really plan on shooting past 300yds anyways.
  3. would it hurt to keep a round of corrosive ammo chambered like say 7.62x25 in a Tokarev? I have never done it, but always wondered about it.
  4. I have enough .357's on hand to shoot...I would put this one in a safe or a nice display case....its finish is pretty incredible.
  5. 66-2 is a good gun for sure!...make sure you post some pics up if you get it.
  6. Looks like a great safe for the money...it will keep the average stupid burglar from stealing your stuff...I might get one of those 12cu ft ones for my bedroom...as I already have a bigger one downstairs....might be nice to have an extra for "stuff at hand".
  7. Ruger GP100 357 Magnum | 38 Special - RUGP141P - LIPSEYS.COM So pretty.....
  8. great choice...those are rock solid guns and are practically indestructable.
  9. Nice lookin Cannon...keep it the way it is color wise...its gorgeous.
  10. Kong thats a great deal and the 20" barrel is definitely the way to go. Smith yeah theres enough room on the rail for a BUIS if you get the non optics...if not the optics version has a BUIS built in on top.
  11. This is a good and worthy Kool-Aid...drink up!
  12. its good for the close range stuff...accuracy should be pretty awful at distance....but I have no personal experience with it, heck I havent even got to shoot my derringer yet.
  13. Kong I ordered mine through CDNN and transferred through Gunnys in Maryville ($37 total)...however you could probably check through Tri-Cities as they have some personally and would probably be happy to get you one.
  14. Super nice guys...I think I might call them with a few pointers. The other day I transfered in a 60-10 and since I was there figured well I will buy some speed loaders and maybe a holster for it right? Might as well give them some more business besides the transfer fee....well I go looking through accessories...they had: Speed Loaders for a 22wmr, 41mag, and a 44....but no 38/357 j-frames? Alright holsters...blackhawk CQC Serpa...perfect...oh wait...its for a lefty....geezus...so unfortunately the only contribution to the nice people there(and they are very friendly) was my transfer fee. With a few touches here and there that place could really shine....I should be a gun store manager ;-D
  15. Made me want to buy one...though I imagine blood really wouldnt jam up a bullet.
  16. LOL definitely not a mood setter.....try "the Notebook" its guaranteed
  17. I thought it was way way better then Jarhead...that movie was just really anti-climatic....I liked it so much I bought it on Blu-Ray....one of the explosions actually overloaded my Reciever lol. Its not as much action over and over like Blackhawk Down, but I think it is more suspenseful and intense.
  18. I have a bond arms 45/410...thats about as much 45/410 kool-aid as I can stand...she is a beauty though.
  19. If your brother in law wants another I have an identical one for sale we can work out some boot for you and me on it :-D
  20. hahahaha....congrats and thanks for not donating to the we already have way too many kids in the US fund.
  21. IIRC some of the E4's have had FTF/FTE issues that the standard STG 556's havent...that combined with the low price of the high quality microtech mags make it my choice...course im biased...I have a tan 20" railed MSAR. Oh...they also just released a really cool tan-digi camo E4 to throw another wrench in the machine.
  22. The only thing that makes this kinda of not appealing is the Sig 516 Piston AR they just released that shoots some really good groups for a $1300 msrp
  23. Sig just put this up on their site. $300 rebate so if your wanting a 556 nows the time to get one!
