I've got my grandfather's 12 gauge bolt action shotgun and S&W model 18. The shotgun is the first I ever shot. The S&W was the interest I paid him on a college loan - he wouldn't agree to interest so I gave him the gun when I made the last payment. He said he didn't want it, so I told him to toss it in the lake. He passed away years later but still hadn't made that trip to the lake...
Both are priceless to me.

Well thats a real bummer on the coil cover. Unless you want to sell yours....haha.
Well, mine is for sale, with a motorcycle attached
I'll let whoever buys it know you are interested, just in case they prefer the stock cover.

I really like the Baron. I prefer the clean look and you get better airflow. You do need to get the computer sent to Ivan before installing. Ivan does some real magic! The throttle response is so much better afterwards.
The 1300 coil cover was from a machinist on another forum. He did a custom run of them after getting enough people to commit to purchasing. I don't think he is selling them anymore.

Based on the model number, it appears to be a 17 Design and Manufacturing

Oh my! I loved my 1300. Got taken out from under me and I found a Stratoliner. Even with the strat I miss that 1300!
I know of a nice 1300 for sale

I decided I need something lighter and more nimble for my occasional riding.
This is a 2012 Yamaha VStar 1300 with 1200 (yes, only twelve hundred - I didn't forget a zero) miles. It runs and rides just like it should. It has had the Yamaha OEM windscreen, passenger backrest, and saddlebags/mounts installed so it is effectively a tourer model. All lights have been replaced with LEDs. It has a Cobra Fi2000 PowerPro tuner, Cobra slip-on exhaust and Baron Custom Accessories Big Air kit installed. I have all the original accessories other than the exhaust. Garage stored while on a battery tender.
$5500 in Mt. Juliet. Cash in hand for any test rides.

I deleted the AUX battery. Well, it's still riding along in the Jeep but it's completely disconnected electrically.
The AUX battery tends to kill the main when it dies.

Wife and I early voted yesterday. Primaries are crucial to vote in - even when there aren't many races you can vote in.

They are a blast. I just don't get to shoot this one enough. It's time for someone else to enjoy it - and the history which goes with it.
As a software guy, it's really difficult to give up an IBM firearm!

SOLD
For sale is a nice IBM M1 Carbine. Comes with 2 mags and approximately 600 rounds of ammo. 100 rounds are Magtech and approx 500 (I'm pretty sure this is as purchased but I can't be 100%) rounds Aguila in the ammo can. I won't sell the ammo separately unless the M1 sells to someone not interested in the ammo.
$1500 in the Mt. Juliet area. Prefer a TN HCP holder for obvious reasons. If you don't the ammo, just let me know and we will figure something out.

The steering damper rarely causes death wobble. It can help mask the problem but replacing the damper is almost always at best a band-aid (at least in my experience).
