As a product of an imploding construction industry, and a guy on the job trail, the biggest problem I'm running into is the fact that the unemployed masses have created a buyer's market for the companies that ARE doing work and looking for employees. Everyone wants the guy w/ 5-10yrs experience, but they want to pay them a salary of the intern that just went full-time. In short: it sucks.

I'd reccomend a few preemptive shots of penicillin, at the very least.

Yeah, I saw one a few weeks ago that I talked my girlfriend's little bro into buying instead of a Bushy one of his friends was trying to off load. I couldn't find a scratch on it, and the BCG was actually properly staked. Surely not the best BCG on the market, but I imagine it'll slay the crap out of some paper targets Everything was real nice and tight on it, and the barrel looked great too. We ran about 200 rounds of Federal .223 through it and it ran like a champ.

I have a buddy who is a master mechanic for Harley. He attended a large convention up @ Harley's HQ in Milwaukee. He noticed the lights for one of their booths weren't plugged in, and almost gave one of his superiors a massive coronary when he picked it up to plug it in... "NOOOOOOOOO! We have to call an electrician!" I also have an uncle who is retired from Ford glass plant. He told me a story several years ago about his line being down for 3hrs one day. He grabbed a broom to tidy up his area. He said that's the kind of mistake you only make once when you work for a union like that.
