  1. Nice job....nothing like taking this and that and making a fully functional old rifle. And yes....I like your desk.
  2. Bwahahahahahaha....
  3. Anyone remember these? I got one of these for so many merit badges awarded by the Scoutmaster in the Cub Scouts back around 1958 or so. It was well used and old but the Scoutmaster had it from when he was a kid as I recall and still worked like a champ.
  4. Great news about the pup......I'm happy for you both.
  5. The push daggers like this one are all straight for maximum penetration...or so I'm led to believe.
  6. I'm not sure how that would work.
  7. Most everything I have in it was done by myself and a friend who is very gun knowledgeable back in AZ. He's not a smith but never blinked when it came to doing it.
  8. I have one..made it my range toy and it's loaded down with Apex Tactical internal parts so not sure how it compares with all the others but with the competition trigger and all the other crap it's pretty darn deadly. A friend of mine has a new one and he never misses with his so I assume they have worked out any bugs they may have had in the past. I bought this one in 2012...
  9. I think originally the handle pieces or grips were only called scales if they were removable. But today the term scales has stuck.....it's what sellers of handle material call them as well as most knife makers.
  10. God lookin' duo....best of luck with the pup.
  11. The wife and I got ours last week....they look great.
  12. Actually the issue was that this was just a joke...you know...kidding around.
  13. I've had an Undercover hard shell on my FX4 since 08 and never had an problems with it. Works for me.
  14. Looks great.
  15. Sweet...nice lookin' blade right there.
  16. Sounds like learning things all over again for a while. I don't envy you. Good luck on the surgery and I hope your rehab goes well.
  17. Yeah...you're keepin' him! Good luck with the new pooch.
  18. Sweet....
  19. Right side up....grab and go.
  20. Welcome to TGO.
  21. Well why not? Everyone else seems to have. Come on...fess up...be honest. I'll start. Two times more than likely. Once many years ago I dated this very hot Ukranian girl...daughter of what probably was a mobster of some sort. He was nuts and his daughter was well...even more crazy. Second time I talked to a street vendor....turned out to be Russian and asked him where I could get one of those cool Russian flags that you see all the time on the news. I'm surprised I wasn't contacted by the FBI or Homeland....just sayin'.
  22. Sweet...heck of a conversion. How long does it take to get up to 1500?
  23. Good luck with it and you did a fine job on the painting.
