Hillary and the 2nd Amendment
Grand Torino replied to Randall53's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I'm pretty sure she did it. The question is if there is a photo or not. -
Wow...be still my beating heart. That's a beautiful handgun.

Welcome to TGO. -
They are busy trying to appease the Bernie voters at the moment and looking for someone to head the DNC all the while trying to make the Hildebeast look like anything other than the lying, crooked, backstabbing liberal that she is.

A friend of mine bought a used Mossburg at a pawn shop in Lawrenceburg a few months ago for $200 and it wasn't in bad shape at all. He has his in a soft bag in his shop just to keep the dust off of it. It works like it's supposed to. My son has an 870 and it's been nothing but a headache for him...just sayin'.

I had an old Mossburg 500 12 gauge that never failed to operate. They have new ones here for $329. http://www.basspro.com/Mossberg-500-All-Purpose-Shotgun-Black/product/10217910/#chart-container

New Assault Weapon ban in Massachusetts
Grand Torino replied to xsubsailor's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I realize relocating is an expensive proposition but so is kissing the butts of politicians that think gun manufacturers are scum but willing to take their tax money. Every maker in that state is hopefully looking at options to get out of that crazy place. States like Tennessee would bend over backwards with tax breaks and incentives to encourage the move. -
I disagree. Nobody....and I mean nobody should be able to sit on their butts in an intersection or stinkin' interstate and block traffic impeding the freedom of movement of the average Joe. People should be smarter and more considerate than that. Of course that explains why BLM and others do it.

New Assault Weapon ban in Massachusetts

Well that's what they used to do. Nowadays most of these politicians say whatever they want and the bumbling masses say it must be true. Idiots. -
You know they would.

What these people do is insane and should be punished. While the right to assemble is one thing stopping traffic on the roads is holding people against their will. It never fails the most obnoxious people are the ones flapping their jaws, carrying signs and threatening people instead of working for a living and being a somewhat productive member of society. Losers...all of them.

The fact still remains that crazy SOB's are murdering in cold blood police officers in the streets. There is no justification for that at all. Many things are broken in this country and blame starts from the Inciter in Chief down. All of you that seem to be able to predict things and know all the reasons may want to start using your powers to come up with reasonable, safe solutions because this crap happening in the streets is not the answer and does nothing to promote anything but more hate. Stupid people do stupid things.

My Little Family of Hatchets
Grand Torino replied to Under-No-Pretext's topic in Knives, Lights, EDC Gear
I wish I was set up with like Spots. I think I'd like to give it a go and forge a hatchet someday. Nice collection -
We always can everything from our garden that we can. I wouldn't want to do it every day but for the several times we break out all the equipment we always have an enjoyable day.

I have friends over there and they said this has been in the making for quite a while now. The military leaders are more Western in their thought and didn't care for Erdogan's hard line ideas like forcing women back in Berkas and all the rest that goes with it. I spent 6 years over there in the 80's and while most Turks are of course Muslim they didn't care what you were as long as you didn't push your ideas on them. I found them moderate for the most part and most of them reminded me of a lot of folks that call themselves Catholics here in the states but don't practice every aspect of that faith.
