Seller is good as it gets and he keeps his gear in mint condition.

I have two , the big & hefty MK23 and the USP40. Both are in the keep side of my safe. They function flawlessly and seem to be built like tanks.

At my house they get fed cat food nightly. One scratches on the door if I'm late. I must have the non-destructive ones lol.

Have any large rifle magnum primers that you'd trade for Retumbo?
-
About all components are that way. Seems like things are popping up more often now though. I'm set on powder but I'd feel more comfortable if I had more primers lol

Looking for the "perfect" property carry gun...for snakes and other critters.
MikeW replied to TennGunner's topic in Handguns
I vote Judge too. There is a nice Judge posted on here that is polymer (light weight) I picked up a S&W Governor for kayaking. Snakes in general do not bother me but a copperhead when I get out on a bank may not like me too much and I dang sure don't want a cottonmouth trying to catch a ride. -
David, Is there a way to reopen an auto locked ad?

Where can I score some deal on reloading equipment?
MikeW replied to starncannon's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
You'd have better luck at panning for gold in the Cumberland... -
I was at the Show of Shows in Louisville yesterday and M1 Carbine prices are out the roof. Mix-masters in ok condition are 1k and it goes up from there. Show goes on all weekend and it has some really nice military items. I was on the hunt for a M45A1 decom, but there wasn't one at the show.

RELOADING 308 WINCHESTER FOR BROWNING BLR
MikeW replied to lshel's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
All of what GF54 said and: is the headspace on all of the brass set the same. Do you have headspace gauges for .308? What about measuring to the Ogive rather that OAL. Oh, and remember to adjust your Lake City powder load down when using the LC brass. -
I've been many times... I hate to see it go away.

My garandad was 507th PIR. Graduated jump school at Ft. Benning October 1942. He had to lug a carbine around a bit.

http://www.bugholes.com/aboutus.asp Greg is the best within a drive from you. I have a custom rifle from him and it is one of my best rifles.

http://accu-tig.com/ I had a new bolt handle put on by accutig. Fast turnaround and great work.

If you can make it to 500 then 600+ is not that much different. If you shoot with people that shoot to 1000+ I am sure they will have you set in no time. What caliber is the Sig? Do you reload?

Are you talking 1,000 yds or beyond? I like Athlon and have a Midas TAC 5-25×56 and it is a nice scope. I like it better than the Vottex's that I have owned in the past. For long range out to and beyond 1,000 I run Schmidt and Bender PMII's and have used my Nightforce Atacr out to a mile. I have looked though a NF NX8 at a mile and it is impressive

I think that the water temps are gonna keep fish very sluggish for a few more weeks. For me Priest and Old Hickory are in the high 40's to 50°.

There is a rifle listed there that I'd like to contact the seller about, but I'm not paying a damn fee. This may save me money in the long run

I have sent a bolt handle replaced by accu-tigg The gunsmith that build my rifle took the measurements and or sent the action off to accu-tigg to make sure that the bolt timing would be correct. I am sure that you could send accu-tigg the bolt and action yourself. Once the handle is fixed an you check the headspace you may be GTG. I have .308 gauges if you need me to check it for you after a repair. http://accu-tig.com/ If you get another bolt Just run it up to Greg at Southern Precision Rifles http://www.bugholes.com/
