Like I said the GI looks good and well made but I am not a 1911 shooter and the only thing I can compare against is some sigs I have had in the shop and a Ruger 1911, I did not like the Ruger very loose fitted gun compared to the sig or tissas

I have met tank and he knows guns, I just don't get it maybe I got one made by the happiest guy ever, seems well made, but I want to be very clear it is not a Springfield or a colt, I put with bushmaster carbon 15's entry level 1911

I have one in the shop and it is just the GI spec and it seems like a well made gun, I even had a 1911 collector the other look at it and said for a 400 plinker it seemed like a well made gun

Psa is ok, BCM top notch stuff, PSA sells cheap because the buy cheap and spec cheap, but Luke is on the right path, I am not saying psa is junk but they buy and sell at a low price point, they also sell some very good stuff at a higher price point. Is it possible there bcg's are made by the same machine shop yes but they are spec'd different. And really all F/A bcg's in spec should look the same other than coatings

Bushy has chrome lined bore, so that is a plus right there, I think they are a good starter ar, and sell them as such nothing more

I think they are a great gun, I got 2 with the 16 inch barrels

Got two in stock this week and neither is for sale yet any way, I just wanted to let you guys know these seem to be well made rifles, the overall all length is abou the same as a sbr ar with a 11 inch barrell

Good for Ruger, I did not think they would leave you high and dry

Most times they take good care of me other than the mags the guns are good to go so it will be ok

Stevens bolt guns are the old savage 110 guns with out accutrigger so lots of build options on those

Got some of the spikes bless coming in, best thing is they still have the same warranty as the non blem spikes lowers, funny thing every one wants a spikes lower but spikes does not make there own they are outsourced

I am going to put this out there and it nothing against the big box stores, but this is why I use to always buy guns from mom an pop stores better product knowledge. Plus they want you to come back and to spend more money with them so they care. Know I am in the biz, and in try me best to make the customers happy with good product and good knowledge, if I don't know I will find out for you. I want your to come back and spend more money with me.

Also they know I am a dealer so who knows.

I like the guys at GT but they are selling a lot of there used stuff on gunbroker and I think for the most part the better guns are going on there, I bought these for a upcoming gun show so no complaints, but the second mag is a joke, I think I know why Atlanta pd is going glock. It looks like there officers don't take care of there guns

Glock will not sell the parts to any one other than factory armorers, see if you have a LE supplier they should have the parts and they will more and likely sell you the parts

They have lots and lots, but be very careful when you buy one the boxes don't come with anything just another mag, they are just cardboard boxes, not smith and Wesson boxes, and the spare mags are rusted pretty bad. What I get for not going over the things with a fine tooth comb
