    If you sell something on a forum like TGO and the buyer pays via paypal (debit card) is it understood that they pay the 2.9% +.30 buyer fee?

    I'm <10 years/profile @50% and I didn't even realize I could change it until you bought it up. Don't recall when it changed to member... I was a benefactor in the past (may have changed then) and let it lapse.
