  1. I moved several times after I received my hcp. Just jump online and change your address. That's it.
  2. If you are backpacking I would suggest the hike and byke Zion. It is a 2 person but larger than most I've seen. Easily big enough for 2 people and gear.
  3. Call your insurance company. Water damage can be quite expensive to properly remediate. Mold starts in 36 hours or so. The last water damage I worked was 4 sheets if drywall damaged and cost over 4k to remedy.
  4. I've always used cloud storage for my backups. I figure Google has more redundancy and better equipment than I can afford. Its free/cheap and auto backs up anything I need.
  5. This is a pretty easy DIY project. Heat it up, mold it. Done.
  6. There are laws in TN about this. Here are two and I believe there is another concerning how an animal is trained. 39-14-216. Service animals; offenses; restitution (a)(1) As used in this section, “service animal” means: (A) Any animal that is individually trained, or being trained by an employee or puppy raiser from a recognized training agency or school to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability; and (B) Any police dog, fire dog, search and rescue dog, or police horse. (2) Other species of animals not specified in this subsection, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not service animals for the purposes of this definition. And 62-7-112. Guide dogs; admission (a)(1) No proprietor, employee or other person in charge of any place of public accommodation, amusement or recreation, including, but not limited to, any inn, hotel, restaurant, eating house, barber shop, billiard parlor, store, public conveyance on land or water, theater, motion picture house, public educational institution or elevator, shall refuse to permit a blind, physically disabled or deaf or hard of hearing person to enter the place or to make use of the accommodations provided when the accommodations are available, for the reason that the blind, physically disabled or deaf or hard of hearing person is being led or accompanied by a dog guide. A dog guide shall be under the control of its handler. A place of public accommodation shall not require documentation, such as proof that the animal has been certified, trained or licensed as a dog guide. (2)(A) No proprietor, employee or other person in charge of any place of public accommodation, amusement or recreation, including, but not limited to, any inn, hotel, restaurant, eating house, barber shop, billiard parlor, store, public conveyance on land or water, theater, motion picture house, public educational institution or elevator, shall refuse to permit a dog guide trainer to enter such place or to make use of the accommodations provided in those places, when the accommodations are available, for the reason that the dog guide trainer is being led or accompanied by a dog guide in training; provided, that the dog guide in training, when led or accompanied by a dog guide trainer, is wearing a harness and is held on a leash by the dog guide trainer or, when led or accompanied by a dog guide trainer, is held on a leash by the dog guide trainer; and provided, further, that the dog guide trainer shall first have presented for inspection credentials issued by an accredited school for training dog guides. (B)(i) For purposes of this section, “dog guide in training” includes dogs being raised for an accredited school for training dog guides; provided, however, that a dog being raised for that purpose is: (a) Being held on a leash and is under the control of its raiser or trainer, who shall have available for inspection credentials from the accredited school for which the dog is being raised; and (b) Wearing a collar, leash or other appropriate apparel or device that identifies the dog with the accredited school for which it is being raised. (ii) “Dog guide in training” also includes the socialization process that occurs with the dog's trainer or raiser prior to the dog's advanced training; provided, that the socialization process is under the authorization of an accredited school. (3) A place of public accommodation may ask a person to remove a dog guide or dog guide in training from the premises if: (A) The dog guide or dog guide in training is out of control and its handler does not take effective action to control it; or (B) The dog guide or dog guide in training is not housebroken.
  7. Lots of good recommendations. I'll add the Kershaw Leek - kind of hard to beat for price, quality, and slimness. Also I have carried a Benchmade Stimulus for the last 3 years or so and love it. Holds an edge better than nearly every other knife I own.
  8. 1st question is does the plater have a gel? After that is should be straight forward.
  9. Not after they have had 2000 rounds without cleaning, dropped in the mud, rinsed in the creek and baked in the sun.... I'll repeat what others have said. A glock isn't pretty but it is hard to argue with their reliability under the most extreme circumstances.

    Tool boxes

You wouldn't have saved much in the long run with a craftsman box. After replacing it 2 or 3 times you would have wished you had just bought the one have now.
  11. Yep - so long as he has done good job. Which after the first time or two of going I've never had a bad cut.
  12. I don't carry cash. And I've started paying everything using my phone now. Samsung pay is usable anywhere a cc is.
  13. I second Google drive. I have used it for years and it is convenient and reliable.
  14. Can you go from the underside and shim the subfloor? Or drill the subfloor and put some leveler in from the bottom.
  15. Bad Boy has one available or you can get a 12" 3/8 (or half can't remember) hydraulic hose that will do the job.
  16. So in case anyone was wondering. If you push the button while the knife is pointing into your hand it will go in about 1/4". I was showing mine to a guy at work who did exactly that.... I was amused.
  17. Received mine. My teenager beat me to it and sent me pics at work.
  18. I've been twice and wouldn't hesitate to go back. 1) when crossing the street do so only at crosswalks and even the be ready as the sign should read "Run like hell" and "Don't even think about stepping off the curb". The cabbies will try and run you down. 2) Carry money, credit cards etc in your front pocket only. Don't carry a bag or purse if at all possible. 3) My bedroom in my rv is bigger than most hotel rooms there. 4) The prices are relatively the same number as they are here. Ie a bottle of coke is 1.99 here and there but the exchange rate will get you. There is more to see than she will have time for. It is a great place to visit.
  19. Best thing for hills and such. Let some air out. About 8-9lbs in the rear tires is all you need. I used to mow some 45* or higher hills.
  20. The Dixie chopper kit is nothing more that 3-4 links of chain bolted every few inches along the back of the deck. Easy DIY.
  21. Great choice and congrats. Always use a fuel additive such as star tron or stabil. Ethanol is bad for these engines.
  22. I like Kubota tractors. With that said most Kubota dealers seem to sell Exmark that I've seen. If you are going to spend $8000 or more buy an Exmark. There is a reason they are the pros choice. Under the 8k mark I still like the Bad Boy for the strongest mower for the dollar. I used to own a Dixie and you were told correct. The new ones aren't as good as the old ones. And green is just a really expensive color of paint.
  23. I second the bad boy. I sold them for 5 years and rarely saw anything go wrong. Add the power plus from TSC and you can get 4 years of service plus a 30% rebate on consumable items such as oil, filters, belts, and blades. For $5999 you can get the commercial version but may have to order it if your local TSC doesn't carry it.
