  1. Well, I'm surprised. I thought for sure, (based on the article of course), that he would be sporting a new jumpsuit for the next several years.
  2. So, to reply with, "It's easier to tell you what calibers I don't have" would be a certain dismissal?
  3. The topic sure wasn't about people "focusing" on those cameras either. As far as the govenment mandating them is concerned we are in agreement, so what's the problem?
  4. I think you should read my post that was right above your first one where I said that it shouldn't be required.
  5. You're the one that was criticising people's situtational awareness for using back-up cameras. Sensors fail. I've had them fail on a couple of vehicles so far, but you know when a camera has failed. Every vehicle has a blind spot back there, and kids have been backed over. It's happened in my family. If it were YOUR kid the odds wouldn't make a darn bit of difference to you.
  6. Apparently you haven't seen the ones that display in your rearview mirror. I would say it's poor situational awareness to ignore a blind spot right in front of where you are backing up.
  7. I love my back-up camera in both my F-150 and my wife's Mustang. We use it all the time. EDIT: I don't think it should be required, however.
  8. The Coño In Charge doesn't have the balls to but boots on the ground.
  9. That 686 is sweet!
  10. More like, Louisiana Stupidity
  11. Semper Fi!
  12. Well here's an issue for the strict 2A crowd: Where does it say "except for the mentally ill" in the 2A??
  13. I liked them. They're better than I could do.
  14. What's the range of their rifle range?
  15. It must be location, because the Guitar Center in Nashville has been great to work with each and every time I have gone there. It's also wasn't posted the last time I was there a couple of months ago.
  16. Sorry, just had to put things in terms you'd understand.
  17. Denial isn't a river in Egypt. Saying that unions have done nothing for you is a bunch of crap, IMHO. If you'll notice I'm not arguing for or against unions. I don't like them in their current form, but I also don't like businesses having a free reign to do whatever they want either because the government takes a Laissez Faire approach in the name of a free market.
  18. What I said was, "I would also guess that every member on here has indirectly benefitted from a union in their lifetime including you." To claim that you haven't indirectly benefitted from a union is quite disingenuous. The threat of unionization sparked employers to extend benefits and pay that they wouldn't have otherwise.
  19. If you don't understand then why do you comment? If businesses were so trustworthy there wouldn't have been unions to begin with nor businesses such as Enron. I would also guess that every member on here has indirectly benefitted from a union in their lifetime including you.
  20. What's taking money from your pocket got to do with what I said? I don't like unions because I think they've gone too far: however, businesses don't do the right thing either. That leaves the government who's primary purpose is to protect its people, and that means being no respecter of businesses. Unfortunately, we have way too many politicians and employers who think the Preamble of The Constitution states "We, the corporations of the United States of America...."
  21. Yeah, because it's that easy - particularly in this economy.
  22. That was awesome for many reasons.
  23. Probably not as embarrassed as the ones who sold RI for beads.
