  1. Smith & Wesson K22 $900. .22LR Based on my search this was Mfg in 1948. Includes Speed Beez Speedloader and case. I am located near Knoxville.
  2. Nice rifle. It has been a long time since I have seen one for sale. Surprised it is not sold yet.

    Brownells?

i have been using them for years.  Great company to do business with.  I just got the new catalog in the mail.  Looks like I will be spending some more $.
  4. Thanks for the update.  Will try to make the next one.  It was to nice this weekend to be indoors anyway.
  5. How is the show at the Expo this weekend.  I decided to pass on it since they also have a home and garden show going on this weekend there.  I didn't think it would be worth it if the made the show smaller.
  6. I have shot at Tactical Advantage and have been happy with the people there.  It can be cold in there so be prepared for that.  I like that they will let you shoot reloads and lead ammo.  Some of the newer ranges will only allow FMJ  and no reloads - must be a liability thing.
  7. I would go with the RIA.  I have a RIA Tactical 9mm.  It has been a great shooter and I have not had any issues with it.  It does not compare finish wise to a high end $$$ 1911 but when you are shooting it you will not notice.
  8. I watched the video this morning and was surprised that the barrel blew before the gas tube. I wouldn't want to be on that side when it went.
  9. I own, shoot and carry both.  There are advantages to a semi auto - faster reloads and more fire power.  I still find myself enjoying shooting revolvers.  Lately all I have been looking at when I go to a gun store is revolvers.
  10. i applied on 12/19. Got my fingerprints done on 12/22 and had my HCP on 1/9.  Three weeks from application to having the permit in hand.  I did do the application online.
  11. I went to the game but did not have as good a view of the game as you did.  It was a good game to watch.
  12. I have used Bullseye a lot in the past for 38 spl. target loads.  It has been really hard to find.  I just picked up some Titegroup that I plan to use.  Right now if you reload you need to be flexible on powders.  I am not looking forward to developing new loads but the alternative is nothing to shoot.
  13. I have a 9mm Tactical and it has been a great shooter.  It is not finished as nice as a Colt or SA but it also did not cost anywhere near what one of the cost.  It has shot great out of the box and I have not had any issues with it.  I do want to change the front sight to a fiber optic one.  Dawson Precision sells front and rear sights for the RIA.
