I think I see sone shotgun shells in the bottom left.....

They usually have some 12's and a few boxes of 28's but that's about it. They did have quite a few CCI standard vel. 22's.

  3. I was in our local Wal-Mart today and couldn't believe what I was seeing. For the last year or two, they've only had 6-7 guns in their cabinet and today it was full. Of course, they didn't have anything to feed them though.

Apache is the most used web server (which runs web sites) in the world.  Many of those use Log4j to log error messages.  As an end user, you don't have control over what's in the cloud and have to trust the vendors to patch the web server.

You can also find web servers in internet connected appliances like routers and TVs.  So it's probably a good idea to update them.  On the PC side of things, unless you are a developer, you normally won't have Log4j running on a computer.

    Thanks

  5. This doesn't mean diddly squat to me but there seems to be a lot of people really excited about it. Maybe someone who speaks the language can explain in layman's terms. icon-confused.gif

A flaw in Log4j, a Java library for logging error messages in applications, is the most high-profile security vulnerability on the internet right now and comes with a severity score of 10 out of 10.

Usage of the medication sildenafil – better known to most as the brand-name drug Viagra – is associated with dramatically reduced incidence of Alzheimer's disease, new research suggests.

According to a study led by researchers at the Cleveland Clinic, taking sildenafil is tied to a nearly 70 percent lower risk of developing Alzheimer's compared to non-users.

  7. My good buddy and fellow member bigun has been having some mobility problems that were getting progressively worse lately. He and I usually touch base via text or phone on a daily basis but he dropped off the radar a couple of weeks ago. I got a message from his daughter about four days later telling me he was in the hospital and was improving so decided to wait until I knew more before posting anything.

He is now out of the hospital and in a rehab facility so he's still making progress. I'm sure he would appreciate any prayers, well wishes or any other encouragement sent his way. The facility just lifted their 'no visitor' policy this week so I was able to pay him a short visit yesterday.

I get one every year. It's saved my bacon.prior to that, every year, in bed with the flu, couldn't get up, or feed myself. Not since.

I was just the opposite, got sick as a dog every year after the shot while in the Navy. Haven't had the shot, nor the flu since I retired in '83.
