I've never seen rounds that look that crappy right outta the box. I's stay away from them and head to Wally World. Blazer Brass or WWB.

Just got back from the show about an hour ago. It was actually one of the better shows I have gone to there. Some vendors were 50-100 over priced. Some were a LOT more, some were on target with what you would expect. I haven't priced used huns in years but I didn't see anything that I liked for the price the vendor was asking. Ammo was crazy. One guy wanted $45.00 for a box of 9mm WWB. I got to see the $400 & $500 SKS's. Nice to have an identical one in the collection. One of the best parts was the booth with a rather well endowed lady that had her jacket unzipped waaaay to far. Lot's of interest at that booth. I also got to meet Todd from CIS. I got some information from him about their upcoming Defensive Handgun course. Over all it was better than what I had expected. There were some deals to be had if you had cash and didn't mind haggling for a better price and a little bit of everything to be had at some price.

Subsonic ammo like the Remington CB's would work too. They are extremely quiet.

Wow....I know almost nothing about photography preservation other that to call an expert. Glad you posted the pics, it reminded me to go look for my grandfathers old photos. I only remember him telling bits and pieces over the years. He did mention that he was at the Eagle's Nest two days after it was captured. I'll have to see if there are any pics.

Guns? Man, I thought all this board was discussion about airsoft guns not the real thing. All of the guns I have mentioned are airsoft, yep, just airsoft. I sold all of my real guns years ago.

Just want to make sure I know what you are looking for when you say "target" ammo. Do you mean something very cheap to just plink cans or a few targets or do you mean high quality, consistent, bullseye type ammo like the Eley that you currently have?

Yeah...I'm not crazy about it having "Tactical" stamped on it either but I really like the short heavy barrel. Seems like it would be much easier to get through the woods.

Happened to a friend of mine and they drained her account at an ATM. How do you do that without a pin? I know you can run it as a credit card to buy something but is it the same at an ATM?

Wish I could find one in Rutherford County myself. I have to take it to Celina to find enough room to shoot 300 yards. I have always wanted a AT&T rifle (reach out and touch someone) . I think I may make this my next purchase. All it will need is a good scope and bipod.

I'm considering a Remington 700SPS Tactical in .308 for my next purchase. Has anyone here had experience with this rifle? I'm mainly going to use it for target shooting and maybe hunting occasionally. From what I have read it is capable of sub 1" groups at 100 yards. Anyone know what to expect at 300+? Any other recommendations? Thanks!!

Personally I found it rude and disrespectful. It "may" have been meant as a joke but I, for one, didn't see any humor in the post and don't know of anyone or any group of people who would appreciate those type of comments.
