  2. Glock 22/31 .40s&w to 9mm conversion barrel by Alpha Wolf(lone wolf). Never used. $100 ..... I wonder if that would fit a Gen3 G27? I know the barrel would stick out but function is all that matters to me.
  3. These don't stay long.... LEVER LOVE
  4. may take a little bit. But just one will never be enuff.
  5. Good Point ! I could always sale it if i end up wanting 30-30. I know the 45 colt will not be time accurate Im just trying to avoid adding another caliber to my list....But the advantage the 30-30 gives may just make it worth it
  6. yeah my neck of the woods anything i harvest is 75 yards at most. I think 44-40 was more the caliber thats time period accurate. once i get the most practical for my needs. I hope to expand
  7. I think i am in a good spot to ask this question.. Before i start i understand that 30-30 is superior to 45LC. I am in the market for a leveraction and trying to decide between the two calibers listed above. The main reason i would go 45LC is due to the fact i have a Vaquero in that caliber and would not need to add another caliber to my list...The Eastern woods here should i use it to hunt 45LC is gunna do the job. The 45LC seems a no brainer but am i overlooking any Real advantage by not going 30-30? like price, availability, scarcity, etc.
  8. Nice !!!! They knew how to make things fit a mans hand and his needs in those days.
  9. Will it fit gen 3..... I ask cause i am stuck with wrong barrel for a G27.
  10. Ken If I was not invested in 270. I would take it. GLWS my friend.
  11. Stop that Pm!!!!! Nice set-up. Quick sale ... they dnt stay up long
  12. Beautiful. If i did not need a leveraction...I would be all over this. GlWS
  13. Thank You!! I Had it down to either the 73 or 94. I think i will be happy with the 73. It seem to "look" more like the old school lever..Mostly because no safety but they both very nice.
  14. (Most lever lovers consider them an abomination. ) I Have to agree!!!!
  15. I know this post is old but what is the difference other then the safety between winchesters 1873 vs1894... just curious.. trying to decide.
  16. Happy Independence Day Ken!!!! I Pray we can keep what independence and freedom we still have also....
  17. I have this in 270. One of My favorite freezer fillers.... If i started over This is the way i would go ... unless you reload ,308 has more to choose in bullet types and weights etc. GLWS
  18. If deal falls..... I'm your Huckleberry
  19. Something about an Ole Revolver....It just gives a warm fuzzy feeling inside Glws.
