  1. I have bought everything in pairs for the past ~10 years as my boys are now teens and I don't want them fighting over who gets what when the time comes. This also makes range days very easy.
  2. My Cabela's order arrived this afternoon. Lightening fast shipment! Note - 2,000 rds of 9mm in a single box was a bit heavier than I expected. Box wasn't marked and I tried to grab the box on the run going up our steps... surprise!
  3. Had to grab 2,000 rounds myself. No sales tax and free shipping - can't beat it! Thanks to all for sharing!
  4. Thanks for the update. I guess I'll save the time / money and skip the show this weekend. Are there any "good" shows left in the Nashville area now? It's been 4-5 years since I went to one so probably have false expectations.
  5. Thinking about going tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone had attended today. From reading several posts it has been spotty in the past. Please share any feedback you have on this weekends show?
  6. Another vote for the Glock Sport Holster.  I delayed getting one for years as I just didn't see how something so simple & cheap could  be that good.  After a similar post like this one on Glocktalk with the amazon link I couldn't resist.  Now after 3 months, it's my favorite OWB holster and covers all my 9mm / .40 glocks.  If anyone is on the fence...just do it.
  7.     Thanks for the update.       At the time of my OP there was nothing on Google or Bing and the most recent hit for GT being down was 2013.  Figured there would be some fellow GT'ers around here that could confirm there was an issue.
  8. Is anyone else having issues with Glocktalk.com being down this weekend?  I haven't been able to access the site since Friday.  Was there a major server maintenance going on this weekend and I missed the announcement?
  9. Are they still running the lifetime for $500? I can't find it anywhere on the website.
  10. Mine came back 8 days after getting my finger prints.  Lightening fast by government standards!
  11. I have PM's into both Chip Cain and John Wells so will see what they come back with respect to cost and options.   I am curious though on how these trusts would apply to a person with a non class 3 weapons collection.  I do not have any class 3's currently but would like to protect my rights for future purchases if I so choose.  (SBR's and cans have always fascinated me.) My most significant concern is the ability to protect my current collection, allow family to use my weapons and the ability to pass along my weapons to my sons without tax ramifications when the time comes.  I also have family in another state (Indiana) and read something about relatives in other states being on the trust but it was a bit ambiguous and seemed to depend on the specific state.     I realize that the looming  passage of ATF 41 potentially accelerates my need but wondering about the benefits of the trust as I sit now.    Thanks to all in advance that have already ventured down this path and are willing to share your experiences.
