The ATF can’t arrest anyone for owning a pistol-brace-equipped gun.
That’s the outcome of a ruling handed down by United States District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk on Wednesday. He granted a motion to stay enforcement of the agency’s rule banning the possession of effectively all braced guns that weren’t registered earlier this year. He found the ATF exceeded its power when crafting the rule.……

Lastly, the best part about being retired, middle aged, financially comfortable and having no dependents is that I’ve been able to keep informed about the fall of the republic and not care enough to be stressed at the same time. I just don’t believe we have been given all the true facts. I wasn’t there and don’t have anything to do with it, but it smells like the Russian Collusion soap opera or the many other manufactured crisis they’ve tried to sell us lately that is beneficial to one political party. -
