  2. The comp is the same one they use on the Macro and on the Spectre Comp XL. It works fine. It's not as effective as a comp from someone like Parker Mountain Machine, but it works better than no comp at all.
  3. Two things: 1.) You aren't a Vendor so you aren't allowed to make posts like this here. 2.) Unless you are an 07 FFL with an 02 SOT, you're engaging in the illegal manufacture of firearms for sale and shouldn't make posts like this anyway.
  4. Steps to success: 1. Stick with the Glock 2. Buy a bunch of ammo 3. Go get a lot of good training
  5. We wouldn't have situations like this if police weren't allowed to own post-ban machineguns either. Practically every SOT licensee has post-ban full auto blasters because it's fun. I bet less than 10% of them are for demo purposes. Don't get me wrong. I think they and the police should be allowed to have them, but I think we should be allowed to have them too. It's just that we live in this caste-based society where one group of people gets to own something that another group of people can't, and that rubs me the wrong way. #FullysForEveryone
  6. I'll contact you but it may be a day or two before that happens. In the meantime, please refrain. Thanks.
  7. I would be surprised if you need or even want to make any adjustments with the magnifier in place after dialing it in without. The magnifier is going to increase the size of the entire sight picture, dot included. It's not like dialing in a LPVO scope that has an illuminated reticle that remains the same size regardless of zoom power.
  8. I'm not aware of any function that we can enable or configure that would allow you to ignore a thread. It is possible for you to create your own "Activity Stream" for discovering new content and to omit certain forums if you want, however. https://www.tngunowners.com/forums/discover/?do=create On a desktop version of the site, you can find that through this series of menu clicks.
  9. Firearms Pharmacy is owned and operated by my buddy Jacob. He's a good dude and I was pleasantly surprised to see him getting into the FFL world. Some of you guys involved in Safari Club International in the Nashville area probably know him too.
  10. Tiffany and Aquil were my recommendations in Murfreesboro, @Booms225. I'm glad to see others saying the same thing.
  11. Why not just go for a CZ P-01 or even the P-07? Those are both a bit lighter than a full size CZ-75. I will also add that a good purpose-built gun belt generally makes heavier guns less of a burden to carry. I'm still a fan of TheBeltMan.net for quality EDC gun belts.

  14. Just a note: I am working on a new Current Events and Politics forum. I may not get it finished for a few more hours as I'm chipping away at it between meetings and other tasks. It will be hidden behind the Benefactor pay wall. There will be an additional set of rules for participating. Ignorance of those rules will not be a valid excuse for not following them. Stay tuned.

  16. This is exactly why I have chosen, to this point, to leave this conversation open. I saw your private message urging me to close it down. You either want full-on moderation and suppression of thought and opinion, or you don't. We've tried walking the balance between the two and so far it's been a ####show.
  17. @MacGyver, do you want to make any further statement about the recent banning? I thought it was pretty clear where the gentleman went over the line with constant racist / xenophobic statements and you seemed to address that in your previous post before he was banned, but maybe I'm just assuming too much.
  18. You know how to solve that, right? Just leave. Say the word and I'll delete your account. It won't cause me to lose a moment of sleep.
  19. AI TGO David looks really different, though. He's easy to spot.
  20. Holy #### that's a jump right off the cliffs of Mt. Xenophobia and not at all what I said.
  21. I thought I was going to take a break from this thread for a while, but here I am just wanting to make one appeal to you all that I hope crosses party lines and partisanship thinking: Carry your damned gun. Do not for a moment think that it is unfathomable that a militant extremist could walk into Main Street Yourtown, USA and start attacking innocent civilians. It has happened before in our country, and it is likely to happen again. You can either be a helpless spectator, a victim, or a first responder. Your choice.
  22. There's a whole segment of American society that is willing to demonstrate the truth of FAFO if that ever really happens.
  23. Dude, to hell with anyone who had any involvement in this. On any side. I don't need to be convinced that if you follow the money, it will lead you many dens of vipers. It doesn't matter who they are, they need to be brought out into the light of day and then be dealt with swiftly and severely. It feels like you're intent on making sure we know who's involved as if that will bring about some soothing moral equivalency that will ease the pain. The agony of a dad burying his child isn't diminished by knowing that his own government was somehow complicit or somehow made moves on the chess board decades ago that lead to this moment.
