Yes, its an advantage and I’m sure it would remain. I’m not up on what all the states do, but I would expect that if it’s a state that has permits, and we have a reciprocity agreement with them; you would still need a permit.

I’d say the lions share of the guns are. At least most I look at have an FFL and can take a credit card. I was looking at it this week to move a couple of guns. But not being able to take a credit card is a stumbling block. Not a deal killer, but I would guess it certainly slows bids.

Cops are just people; just like any other shooter. They also aren’t the only ones with big ego’s. I can’t count the number of times I’ve seen shooters that call themselves trained say “There is no such thing as an AD; only ND’s” or “They had to have pulled the trigger” or “A gun can’t fire without pulling the trigger”. People that say that just haven’t been around guns much. But their egos’ get a little bruised when you tell them that.

Correct. And we see a heck of a lot of experienced trained shooters become complacent and do something stupid/careless/reckless.

With Tennessee getting 56,000 initial does, it doesn’t look like it will make much of a dent even in the 1,750,000 in Group 1. So I guess it will be summer for most of us; even us old farts.

Man, that is too bad. I saw an interview of him where he talked about breaking the sound barrier (which was not supposed to happen). It was interesting and funny.

They only have 15 days. Have you called the dealer? If its approved, or conditional, I believe you have a limited amount of time to act before having to do it again. He can’t keep the gun, so unless you make some kind of arrangements, it will get sent back to the shipping FFL. Time is not on your side.

I remember hearing retired Capt. James G. Daniels III speak. It was very emotional and I don’t mind saying it brought a tears to my eyes. Then Ens. Daniels was part of VF-6 from the USS Enterprise. He was part of a six plane search group. Five of the six planes were shot down and three pilots killed, all by friendly fire while trying to land on Ford Island. He was 86 when I heard him speak. He died three years later. I don’t know; I would think you could find something like that here. They were all over the place prior to CRB. My question to the experts here would be; aren’t you required to know that lower has never been a rifle?
