I was looking at ordering a lower kit from PSA, with a SBA3 brace, and wanted to make sure I did not open Pandora's box by owning the brace. It seems like this could open the door for the ATF to attack the actual law abiding gun owners that actually do try to obey the law.

Thank you Gentlemen, that is what and how I thought it read, but with the ATF anything is up for interpretation.

I have read several postings, websites, and general chatter, but I just want to be clear.
Did the ATF requirement to register any AR with under a 16" barrel, and with a stabilizing brace as a SBR get overturned?
The ATF website shows it still in effect, but other websites state the court ruling in Texas in November deemed that rule not lawful.
So if I buy a pistol kit from PSA with a stabilizing brace, do I have to pay the SBR tax stamp or not?

Vintage Cherry Hardwood from the Carlyle & Co. jewelry store in Greenhills mall. This covered the 2500 sq foot retail store for over 75yrs.
So many different uses for this, from repurposing to a retail store, or for home, or any project using cherry wood including knife handles, gun stocks, gun cases, or custom furniture.
After some research from online, to antique dealers, to contractors this should sell for $50/ft. I am not going to hand polish, clean, and measure so selling as is.
"Bosses" description:
Solid cherry vintage trim wood that was reclaimed from the demolition of the old Carlyle and company store at the Green Hills mall in Nashville. Some curved pieces and window box as well as some wainscoting that matches. Beautiful wood for trim work or for the wood hobbyist. Would make gorgeous gun cases, shadow boxes, cutting boards, knife handles, walking canes or wall art.
As is. Yes , finish nails are still in it.
$1200 for all OBO.

Kimber 1911 Slide Stuck
in Handguns
Posted
Any ideas on how to get the slide off? It is stuck. Removed spring, and barrel bushing, and slide stop(no mag), now the slide moves about 1/4 inch back and forth and will not let me remove it.
It is is Kimber II 45acp.
Really don't need a gunsmith bill for Christmas.
