  1. 45-70 in 20" or 24" w/ full length Mag tubes are right up there
  2. I got all excited when I saw CDN WOOL - had a couple of Red ones (had a wide black stripe across the width - apparently designate blankets designated as for barracks use) Very warm. Image above shows Sarcee Barracks, Calgary, AB so these are pretty old.
  3. Never met a LA I didn't like from .22 on up. Of course the .22s are way cheaper to shoot for plinking, practice and pests but if you get good w/ one of those, those are all transferable skills. Have fun
  4. 600.00 k a fine deal on this BUT, I'm in Memphis - 8 hours turnaround to retrieve this doesn't work for me. Ship it, which I think is about 40.00-50.00 AND I'll pay that PLUS FFL Fees at this end PM me
  5. Smoking good deal on a high quality heavy calibre rifle. And FYI, if you're worried about reloading components, these guys got a whack of quality hunting projectiles in w/ n estate consignment. I was there yesterday PM (1630-ish) and they were still logging the collection in. Keith or John will take your info/$$$ and ship them. Keith Warner Gunsmith Located in: Carrefour at Kirby Woods 6655 Poplar Ave Suite 101 Germantown, TN 38138 Closes 5 PM (901) 737-1320
  6. We'll 2nd that loving CZs thing. If your sale fails to complete, PM me please. Given the calibre and price point, I think I could tolerate the (to quote an old UKR BaBa I knew) homely-as-a-hedge-fence looks.
  7. I'd give anything to be able to prove you wrong but I'm living proof you aren't . . . . .
  8. #1. they want to look like they're trying to do something #2. they're looking for federal $$$ to bolster the grossly mismanaged, under-funded, and very Admin top-heavy MPD. They figure to win on both points because JB&Co are so keen on shredding 2A.
  9. I'll take it as pictured in last image - scope, ring, shade extension, box & warranty info PMe please - I'm too new to be able to message you. I need it shipped to 38105 but I'll pay for that.
  10. Any pricing available? I want to treat my husband.....
  11. I'm not fully familiar with these: is the M&P Pro automatically a 2.0?
  12. Sooooo tempting but I need to resist - need to resist!
  13. Saw one of these offered for trade on another site but have zero experience with that brand/model. Does any one here have any experience with such a rifle? Good or bad, I'd appreciate the input. Moving rural in the near future and thought a semi would be good to have. DH has a couple of ARs but uses bolt guns mostly and know he has a couple in that calibre. Thanks
  14. "Funny you say that, because I purchased a Sig . . . and my wife took it from me because she liked it." That's why we have a pair of P365s - I liked his BD present so much, I claimed it - I replaced it later though but now, I don't shoot "mine" very much but, we've got them.DH laughed and said having two could eliminate reload drills - he still practises those though.
  15. I'll make sure he sees that - it couldn't hurt to build a few points
  16. I only have 2 hands and generally need both to ensure accuracy so I can only shoot one at a time. That said I own nine hand guns but can't think of a reason to part with any of them. My husband just smiled and headed to his loading bench as he watched me type this. Apparently my attitude is different than his last wife's.
  17. I'll take the 16 boxes @ 11.00 each AND I'll pay for shipping to Memphis - too far to drive for this PM payment method & cost w/ shipping THX
