    Hello, I'm new here, but the last time this was discussed, it looks like it was some time ago. It's been 6 or 7 years since I've added a Form1 to my Trust, and the time has come to add a new one. This will be the first time I have had to complete a 5320.23 (responsible person) since the laws regarding Trusts have changed. In my case, Chattanooga, Hamilton County, who should I be putting in the CLEO notification information, the City Police Chief, or the Sheriff? Just get their info off the internet? I can't seem to find anything on either website about it. Thanks, if anyone has done this recently in Chattanooga! Jason
