  1. They are 70 series. I have a Government model and it's very accurate. It's Israeli and a very well made weapon.
  2. I have a commander length Marvel kit. I use it on a full size frame. It is very accurate.I use the GSG mags cause they are cheap and reliable .
  3. Great Pistol.  I have had a Full size for a long time. It shoots like a target pistol and will handle any load . Has been used by Navy Seals .
  4. Several good deals at 5.11 site for Black Friday.  I snagged a 5.11 rush moab 10 pack in  MultiCam  for  $69 shipped  Reg price $160  :pleased:
  5. I will argue that Veprs are the best AK variant rifles, it is really not a fair comparison since they are built off a Russian RPK (light machine gun reciever) I suspect people that claim Arsenal have never actually handled or shot a Vepr.  I have a Robinson Arms imported Vepr in .223.  Very Accurate !  It is a very well built and heavy rifle. Only issue could be the availability of magazines.
  6. With a good rifle and scope you can easily get 1/2 inch  groups at 25yds Airgunning was the root of my love for shooting. From my first Daisy to my first German spring powered break barrel gun. I have shot thousands of rounds.  While Walmart rifles have caught up, the best guns are German and British made RWS, Beaman , Weirauch, Theoben. BSA, Webley, etc.  A good source is Pyramid Air on the internet. These are serious weapons. Awesome weapon for survival and small game. I have harvested rabbit , squirrels and groundhogs.Every gun enthusiast needs atleast one good air rifle. Airgunning can make you a very good shot. And the RWS 34 is a good rifle 177 will be most accurate  I have both a 177 and 22 rifle
  7. I was up in SW Va. today at Pounding Mill, Va on business and checked the Wally SuperCenter.  I was looking for 9mm, well none was on the shelf so I asked the clerk.  He said "What are you looking for?"  I said " 9mm"  He unlocked a cabinet under the counter and pulled out a Federal 100 rd bulk pack.  I  said " I'll talk 3"  Total was $67.32  ( 21.37 each plus tax)  I could not see what was in the cabinet. Guys if you don't see it ask the Clerk nicely..
  8. Stay a traditionalist. Your iron sights will never fail you and you sound to already be a good shot.
  9. Careful 1911s are the real "Addiction"
  10. I place an order with DSG Arms 12/24 for their 10 pack G2 window Magpul Pmags for $135 shipped. It was placed on backorder but its now been filled and in transit. I got em at a great price . Just be patient.
  11. If you can't find one. An alternative would be to buy a field grade 930 and do the mods yourself. Many people in 3-Gun competition have done this.
  12. I saw one at my LGS and return the next day after researching it and bought it for $625 OTD. I was looking for a Auto Tactical Shotgun, I love it. It is the only one I have ever seen. I hope you find one.
  13. Just about any 1911 for a .45acp or a Walther PPQ in 9mm.
  14.   I am making a Holiday loop through MS and Ala to see our parents and my Rebels in a Bowl game in Birmingham. I have been stopping at all the rural Walmarts on the way. The Ammo selection is spotty and most store are very low on guns. No ARs to be found. I picked up 100rds 30 Carbine, 100rds 7.62x39 , 50rds FMJ 9mm and 650rds JHP 9mm Defense ammo. All bought at reasonable pricing. My wife has told me I can't stop at Walmart or buy anymore. HaHa I feel lucky.
