  1. New to Knox 2 years ago as well and missing regular range time. I am retired so maybe we can get together some weekday if your schedule is flexible. I imagine the weekends at the range are packed.
  2. I have a tackdriving Savage thumb hole laminated stock with scope, xtra mags, and ammo. Knoxville area.
  3. If you have experience shooting here, I would like to hear from you. Thinking about shooting there in the future but the reviews are very mixed.
  4. Wow. I lived in Indiana and joined the group Indiana Gun Owners, which was free. Can’t believe there is a fee in Tennessee.
  5. I am trying to ad an add to the gear classified section to sell 9mm ammo but I can’t find the button to “create” the post. I have over 50 posts so I thought I cleared that threshold. Any advice?
  6. Sorry for the crap you are going through. who produced the 10mm ammo? Interested
  7. I am looking for an experienced gunsmith to work on my Savage 10 Fclass rifle. Who do you use?

  11. Josh had less than a week notice. He was blindsided.
  12. Sadly, Liberty Safe Co. has ended their partnership with Spartan Safe so all Spartan stores are closed. Josh at the Lovell Rd store was a great guy and a pleasure to work with.
  13. Anyone able to answer this question.
  14. Does this range prohibit AR style rifles?
  15. I have hunted with the venerable 270 for over 50 years. I would recommend a scope with less than 4x as the beginning magnification. I use 3-9x and many shots are close enough that 4x might be challenging to get quick acquisition. 9x has never failed me for shots over 200 yard shots. At distance, 15x might be useful for creedmore but it may outrun the performance of the 270. If costs is a factor a 3-9 would be cheaper and the money could be used to buy better quality glass, rather than unnecessary magnification. Just my opinion.
  16. Looking for a chest rig to carry a full size 1911 while hiking and fishing in the Mountains. Looking at the full size Hill People rig. Anyone with experience with it or other chest rigs?
  17. The best guy on 257 Roberts is Tom Gresham from GunTalk. He is a huge Roberts fan.
  18. The tv show Gun Stories did a good show about this gun
  19. Just getting into 10mm (Kimber) for backpacking and possibly deer hunting. Who is a fan and why and for what purpose?
