    New toy!!!

Nice find. MY main recommendation is to clean as manual states. Many folks booger up the crown. Also, I would avoid russian ammo.
  3. FYI, my wife dropped out of the class, but my brother in law plans to take her place. Do we have a confirmed attendee list??
  4. I need to pick up a few ammo cans. ANyone know of a place to pick some up locally? I planned to pick some up at the gun show, but was grounded with the flu instead.
  5. FYI, just picked up 6 more boxes of Blazer "Brass" at Wal-Mart for $9.47. Still 6 boxes left!
  6. Guys: this weekend it the Pope Gun show in Franklin (williamson county ag center). Just wondering if I see any of you guys there.
  7. I'd be interested in pricing on 1000rnds each of 9mm and .45ACP. ALso, Just talked to wife, and I don't get the feeling that she is committed to making the course.
  8. I've never read the 1994 ban, but this one appears to be strengthened. I noticed that FFL transfer is required on all assault rifles.
  9. http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h110-1022 Not sure if this has been discussed or not.
  10. What range do you frequent? I'm a member of Owl Hollow Gun Club. Also, we have a range at our hunting club.
  11. MY favorite "pretty gun" is a SS Ruger Vaquero .44mag. Its the basic with rosewood handle. I love the feel of it. I guess my second favorite is a Beretta 686 O/U.
  12. Len: Let me see if I can get a pass from wife. Its memorial day weekend and her birthday, so I might be out. On second thopught, Might be a good birthday present for her..... EDIT: Wife gave the green light, so I think its a go! Not 100% sure if wife will make it though.

  16. Guys: Not sure if this is a new product or not, but I've never seen it before. I just picked up a couple of boxes of CCI Blazer "Brass" .45ACP for $9.50 at Wal-Mart. Its reloadable and non-corrosive target grade ammo. Looks like good range ammo at a decent price. Jsut thought I'd share.
  17. If ReefBlueCoupe, doesn't want it. I might. I was planning on picking one up yesterday, but exchange did not happen.
  18. I'd love to make this event. Might have a conflict, but let me confirm.
  19. Thats kind of what I figured. If you read too much on the internet, you start finding a lot of issues with FTEs withe the 36. I really like the slim profile and the .45 caliber.
  20. if its not here it hould be: http://stevespages.com/page7b.htm
  21. Also, you might consider a heavy duty safe that is not fire resistant My wife bought me one similar to this a few years ago. It weighs about 200lbs les3 than a fire resistant. http://www.stack-on.com/securityplus/gun_safes/gsd-423.html
  22. I remember that AD. I was about 20 feet from the door when it happened.
  23. Guys: I've been trying to locate a used G 26, but keep finding nice G 36s.
