  3. Good week for me. Can't wait for the next game. Can't bully my way back in but at least I can finish 500 or better.
  4. I handled the .38 recently and I think the grip has to be one of the cheapest things that I have ever held. It felt airsoft.
  5. Been thinking about picking up one of the ones with a faux suppressor.
  6. The problems with the RO's at MSSA are well documented and last I heard, some changes were coming.
  7. Big win for me this week. First week I broke 100 points. Thank you Kenny Britt!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. If I didn't put any bolts in my truck, i could do that too.
  9. The only reason I prestiged was because I want to unlock EVERYTHING that I can. But I don't have enough time to get all of the gun challenges and everything else. The Prestige challenges are tough too!
  10. I've been 10th prestige for at least three months now. I'm 19% accurate, have a 1.13 K/D and 1.15 win loss ratio.
  11. Speaking of which, I need to talk to you. Next time I see you, remind me!
  12. I'm thinking about hitting up the range tomorrow. Thanks for the compliments fellas!
  13. The point of these meets is to get together as many of us as we possibly can. I rather enjoy the meets. But if there is a group of people that won't attend because of venue, perhaps we should look into a change of venue. Make a suggestion! I have no problem with you. And I apologize for my smart ass remarks. But I chose to join MSSA and like RangeUSA. With everyone bashing both of those, I feel like people are attacking my interests. Please forgive my defensive behavior.
  14. So is there anywhere in the area that you are okay with? Or should we hold our meets at Guns & Leather?
  15. I consider myself to be EXTREMELY common folk. I managed it. I think, like anything else, its just a matter of wanting it bad enough.
  16. I just wish they would make the C with an OD frame.
  17. Please understand that we are not trying to avoid going. Several of us are members at MSSA and enjoy going to these matches. However, the majority of us don't have any rifles that we could use for this type of shooting because there aren't many ranges in the area. Jack posted this in reference to it being our monthly meet. Our monthly meets are very social gatherings and often times, we spend more time hanging out than shooting. Therefore, this event probably wouldn't be the best venue for our regularly monthly meet. But a special meet could be setup for this. I think that would be awesome.
  18. Alrighty! I love Trail's End popcorn. To clarify a few things. 70% of the funds go back to the COUNCIL. How that council divys up the money is up to them but a lot of it will go to local camps and council wide events. Mike, if the boys troop/pack set those limits and a "buy out" option, that was definitely that group and not the council. The BSA doesn't create quotas like that and I personally think that's garbage. I would either refuse (they can't kick you out), complain to the Council or find a new troop/pack.
  19. They are going to be on the long range. There won't be a lot of room if alot of shooters show up. There also isn't really any place over in that area for "socializing."
  20. So I picked up these two over the weekend. I love the SP101 but I can't friggin wait to play with the H&R.
