Never Back Down was an awful movie that did not help the reputation of MMA. It had a few good scenes though. However, as for capoiera, its a cool form and there was one decent movie about it a long time ago called Only the Strong.

Around here, we have a lot of garter and speckled king snakes. That looks more like a garter snake. As for knowing friendly from venomous snakes, here is a good rule. There are a few exceptions like the coral but it is a pretty good rule. Venomous Notice the shape of the head. kind of a v shape. Friendly notice that his head is much narrower and kinda streamlined in comparison. That is a decent rule for this part of the country. Outside of this area are quite a few exceptions. Also, there is a rat snake that has the same colors as a coral snake. Remember this when you see them. Red on black, friend of jack. Red on yellow, kill a fellow.

When I worked at the radio station, a guy from Baconnaise sent us a lot of his products to try on air. We tried the baconnaise live on air and almost threw up. The bacon salt isn't horrible but you have to be very conservative when sprinkling it. The bacon flavored chap stick was just nasty!

What confuses me about his thinking is that they already sell the rifle he is descibing. But it wouldn't be a 249 clone or replacement.
