24 was that concept. Twas only supposed to be one season. 24 episodes. But it was so wildly successful that the studio would have been stupid not to capitalize on that. Prison Break was the same way. Lost was written to have a definitive ending (should have been in season 5 but the writer's strike delayed that). There are shows out there that are following that but they are definitely the exception rather than the rule.

Say what you want about Ruger with the no written warranty and the recent recalls but their CS is top notch.

I can't answer that Jack, as I am not a mod. However, I honestly don't see a problem with a news story being posted. But snide comments about it such as "of course he's dirty, he's a cop" are the problem. Those are clearly not constructive.

When I was autocrossing, I ran in FS and ESP. I ran the same car in both and had practically no mods in a car that was not the best available for that class. I was just about every race due to skill. It was awesome. However, as a shooter, I haven't quite gotten good enough to beat anyone at anything. haha

I know this has already been said but... The biggest thing to remember here is that this is NOT a democracy. This is David's site. He opened it up for us. And when we signed up, we agreed to follow certain rules. If we didn't like them, that was our opportunity to leave. As we stick around, rules change or are added and we are notified. We CHOOSE to continue to stay and by doing so, we are agreeing to follow those new rules. If you don't like the rules, leave or contact David and the moderating staff for an intelligent discussion no the matter. Otherwise, you are asking for a ban and that's what he got.

No worries friend. I think I might just end up getting a full size model. Even if I was using a compact, I would want the full size grip length.

They make the full size SR9 in OD but not the SR9c.

That's always made me wonder as well. Same as antibacterial everything and trying to protect kids from everything. Kids NEED to get sick to develop the immunities to fight things later on. Vitamin C is fine. No problem with vitamins. I can understand the Mucinex thing but I don't really have sinus troubles so thats not a concern for me. But if you are flying, I could certainly understand with the pressure changes and all!

They always taught that the body develops tolerances and immunities to things. I always figured that if I started taking all that stuff when I could get by without it, my body would become accustomed to it and if I ever REALLY needed it for something, it wouldnt work properly. So I stay away from anything medication related unless I'm in REALLY bad shape.
