  1. Check Craigslist.  Quite often someone lists factory seconds in Loudon for as little as $4 or $5 per sheet.
  2. P229 is my favorite carry weapon.  Very versatile with all three barrels.  When my life is on the line I want a Sig on my hip.
  3. 147gr. Winchester Ranger, RA9T.
  4. Many years ago my Dad used the gas and matches trick on a snake hole he found in his yard.  He went back in the house and had no power or cable.  Turns out he burned his underground utilities in the process.  Still laugh when I think about it at least twenty-five to thirty years later.
  5. Own many Sigs, no glocks.   I have owned one and shot several, just not my preference, my accuracy suffers with them.
  6. I had Adams Roofing put a roof on my house in Lenoir City almost three years ago.  Absolutely top notch.  Bonded and insured.  Been in the roofing business for about thirty years, if I remember correctly.  Great reputation and price was very fair.
  7. I was born and raised in Asheville.  Welcome.
  8. UPS Store won't ship, per their contract.  All UPS hubs will with a sticker they can provide.  Write Small Arms Ammunition on the package.
  9. Can't go wrong with either. Both very good choices.
  10. Have both. Hard to beat the Springer. Not much experience with the Kimber, though. A few hundred through the Springer. Were you looking at a .45 Kimber? If so, caliber might make the difference.
  11. Come on Jeff, it's only money. A LOT of money!
