  1. What kind of person can't take a few minutes out of their day to help a member of the armed services? And in general help someone in need. It just blows my mind that they wouldn't help a man in uniform. What the hell is wrong with people? Rant off.
  2. What M.O.S are you? I know some guys with the 160th.
  3. Puma Bounty Hunter & M-87 Shotguns We must me talking about a different gun. The one I'm talking about is a Puma Bounty Hunter and they are made in Italy by Chiappa Firearms and imported and distributed by Puma. MSRP on one is $1250.00.
  4. Puma has been making the same thing for almost a year. But it retails for alot more than that.
  5. Bob Marley Jimmy Buffett Cash Eminem AC/DC Brad Paisley Kenny Chesney T.I. Metallica 50 Cent Willie Nelson Skynyrd I listen to everything.
  6. Now you mention it I havent seen Bronker on in a little while. Hope everything is ok.
  7. Try what they said. One you get it on paper, make little adjustments. Some people start cranking on the knobs and they just keep going all over the place. You will eventually get it dialed in.
  8. Yea they heavy are compaired to a 1911, but you are compairing apples to oranges. For me, the standard Glock 5lb trigger is perfect for carry. I did put a 3.5lb in my Glock 17 that I target shoot with.
  9. Another +1 for The Unit.
  10. Yea but you can't convert the Scar-L into the Scar-H, which is the one they want.
  11. Yea but he asked about a basic field strip cleaning. He is not going take apart the slide and clean the firing pin. So dropping oil on it and never cleaning it WILL lead to stoppages eventually.
  12. I've shot 1000's of rounds of the polymer coated Wolf with no problems.
  13. They should just get HK 416's and 417's and be done with it. From what I've read, the reviews of both of these weapons have been very good.
  14. S&W 642 or if you have a pocket full of money a 340PD.

And you started this thread why? Typical FNG.
  16. I doubt they will be phased out for a long time, a very long time.

    Glock 28

I don't know if SA is the biggest market for the .380 Glocks, but it is a big market. But in some countries (alot of South America) civilians can't own guns chambered in the same cailber as any military weapon. Therefore the .380's are big sellers because they can't own any other caliber.

    Glock 28

Basically ATF assigns a point value to different parts of a handgun. The weight gets a point value, the cailber a gets point value, the length gets a point value. For the gun to be legal to be imported it has to have a total of 75 points. I stole this from another forum. It is a good breakdown of the points system and and example of a Glock 17 and 26 with their assigned import points. What is the BATF points system and how does it affect Glocks? Many of the Glock's parts and sometimes the whole gun are dictated or limited by the BATF's system of "import points". To qualify for import a pistol must score 75 points based on the following system: Characteristic Points Length: for each 1/4" over 6" 1 Forged steel frame 15 Forged HTS alloy frame 20 Unloaded weight w/mag (per oz.) 1 .22 short and .25 auto 0 .22 LR and 7.65mm to .380 auto 3 9mm parabellum and over 10 Locked breech mechanism 5 Loaded chamber indicator 5 Grip safety 3 Magazine safety 5 Firing pin block or lock 10 External hammer 2 Double action 10 Drift adjustable target sight 5 Click adjustable target sight 10 Target grips 5 Target trigger 2 For example, here is how the G17 scores: Length (7.28") 5 Weight (24.79oz) 25 Caliber (9mm) 10 Locked breech 5 Firing pin block 10 Double action 10 Target sight 10 Target grips 5 Total 80 Here is how the Glock 26 scores: Length (6.29") 1 Weight (21.87oz) 22 Caliber (9mm) 10 Locked breech 5 Firing pin block 10 Double action 10 Target sight 10 Target grips 5 Target trigger 2 Total 75 Changes and features made to Glocks to comply with the BATF rules: - all models are imported with a cheap click-adjustable rear sight that is replaced at the factory with the stock sight - target (grooved) trigger added to compacts & subcompacts - target grips added to all models (required for the subcompacts) - due to their caliber, .380 autos (G25 & G28) do not score enough points to be imported

    Bad English

You know that you don't have to visit this website right? Everyone gets their balls busted for bad grammer every now and then. It's part of being on a internet forum. Don't try to make it out like everyone is picking on you because you are from somewhere else, because it's not happening.

    Glock 28

I have never heard of any in civilian hands. They do not have enough import points to be legally imported into the US.
  24. What does it retail for?
  25. Be careful, that stuff is corrosive as hell.
