Awesome pictures. I can't help much with abandoned structures but my wife and I love to hike. We usually prefer Big South Fork because we can bring the dogs and rarely see other people. For camping, Citico Creek is hard to beat. Another lesser known hike is Stinging Creek falls.

  Wow. I thought Glock fanboys were bad...   How do you explain all the numerous departments abandoning the M&P lineup. Hell, the entire Atlanta PD dropped them after just a few years.   I'll never forget Hickok45 getting his brand new M&P and finding a cracked slides.... I guess that's "proven" as you say.

When I handle the M&P guns I always feel and see hints of cheapness. I don't put them on the same dependability level as Glock. Just my opinion. Several departments have abandoned the M&P line. Admittedly, some have left Glock but they still dominate the market.

So, will Glock ditch the finger grooves in order to compete?

Don't think he has ridgeback. He's pretty short and no Ridge. As a puppy he looked just like a Mal.

I'm fine with 11" of penetration in .380acp. For years I've been a vocal opponent of hollow point rounds in this caliber but I recently bought a bunch of Gold Dots. 11" of penetration with that much expansion will ruin someone's day.

I'm confused by your post. You say you traded for a G20 and that the ammo is almost more expensive than 10mm... The glock 20 is the full size 10mm not a .357 sig or .45 GAP. What gun did you actually get?

I 2nd the Safe House although I went to the one in east TN.    The Safe House sells many brands including Ft. Knox but they actually encouraged me to go with a Browning because of the external hinges which are better in fires. Ft Knox recently did poorly on their fire test due to internal hinges.   Also, you definitely want to bolt your safe down in a room that's on the exterior of the house(if possible).

I feel asleep sometime during the 3rd quarter and woke up right at the end of the game as they said the final score. I just shook my head and turned off the light.   Typical Tennessee.

What I continue to find amazing is the hypocrisy in this country. 7-8 kids college kids are killed in this shooting and the left freaks out.   Yet millions are aborted each year and the left defends planned parenthood. I really don't have that strong of opinion about abortion but I find this particularly frustrating.
