  1. Agents also found a 5.56mm caliber rifle and a .45 caliber machine gun inside his home From the article My guess would be a 5.56 rifle (m16) and a .45 caliber machine gun (mac 10, thompson similar)
  2. Go with YHM on both, stainless phantom on the .223 and mite on the .22
  3. suprised more aren't busted that way, I saw a tec-9 with a foregrip on it in the pics on gun broker a couple years back, I think they closed the auction but I e-mailed the seller and at the time it was closed no leo action on it. Guess they can't catch them all.
  4. Welcome ... nice to see some other bluffians on here.
  5. Loving that arguement, however I wish this case weren't being tried. The fact that he was illegally in posession of machine guns, and is trying to use the heller case to get a pass isn't the best idea. An a negative ruling here would possibly hinder machine gun ownership, and possibly even lead to "paramilitary" (assault) weapon bans. On the other hand, if the argument that the 2nd ammendment upholds machine guns this could be VERY GOOD. I would love a chance (was too young in the 80s) to buy a machine gun at retail, not over inflated market price due to them being banned. Believe me if that chance comes about I will go broke stockpiling Anyway anyone else wanna chime in. I think the decision is the big deal. Glad someone has the balls, just wish someone with a good arguement was pressing the issue.
  6. Guess this is really happening, I never thought I would see the rise of the third reich again in my lifetime, but it's possible hitler's nazi's really didn't go away, just migrated, got stronger, and reemerged as democrats sorry if this is anti gv'mt sentiment
  7. I have been using www.gun-deals.com/ammo.php .... this seems much faster, but I think it might be short a few sites unless it removes the onces backordered. I looked at .223 and didn't have much out there. Of course noone does.
  8. I'm pretty certain the pic above isn't the problem, I would look in the channel near the firing pin.
  9. probably coincidence on 3round, I don't know of a way to even make a glock do 3 rounds .... fully isn't hard to visualize, but there's no room for any sort of round counter. probably just some dirt somewhere causing the firing pin to stick forward or something and just coincidentally dropping 3 then releasing. Tear it all down and throughly clean then try again.
  10. interesting they haven't said anything about you not paying, maybe that's how obama's cabinet gets around it. Amazing to me they will lock you up for not paying 5000 in taxes but don't say anything about someone skipping out on 100k. I have to file, since I'm a w4 employee I either file or I don't get my piece back. Better be putting back what you owe for when the tax man does come. They will be addressing your issues sooner or later, and I'm betting they will let it pile up like they did on my uncle and come take everything you own.
  11. It's a movie called falling down, you should rent it if you can find it somewhere, if not pm me and I can let you borrow it. Guy has a REAL bad day and goes on a rampage. Not like he's a hero or anything, total criminal, but you can see it from his angle and really makes you side with him on all of it. Love that movie. Up there with shawshank and red dawn.

    Egyptian Maadi

I personally think if it's a maadi ARM iported by acc intrac of knoxville .... AWESOME gun buy it. If you are in state and he's not asking over 6-700 I will buy it if you pass. I would value it around 450 in a normal climate had a guy that wouldn't take less than 800 .... so that's a rough range on it for you to determine value, but they are solid shooters, and cut the 2 tac welds and it's got good threads under it. Cycles like a champ ... deadly accurate for an AK ...... If it's a SAR MISR or other maadi variant I can't speak for it, but if it's the maadi arm it's spectacular.
  13. sturmgewehr.com is about the best, probably find the best deals there, check out subguns.com most list on both. Don't know his pricing, but might check with herogear in winchester. Although the sales tax on a 4k gun instate might make buying out of state and paying a xfer cheaper. Just where I would start looking .... also If you can find a buyer in state you can go person to person and just pay 1 tax stamp. Great deal if you can find one in state ... bought both of mine that way and didn't have to pay double tax or shipping or class 3 xfer. Just FYI some people will tell you you still have to involve a dealer in state. Not the case. You still can't take posession till the stamp comes in so be sure you buy from someone you can get ahold of pretty easy. That's the only risk.
  14. I have one on a Glock 19 and I LOVE IT .... Lots of people hate them and end up selling them, I wouldn't do without it. I like it so much I'm thinking about buying one for my backup 19. Highly recommend it and if you don't like it I will probably be in the market for one around income tax time.
