I work with New Home Buyer Education classes almost every weekend. Every loan officer that speaks to these classes says the same thing. Take your principle only divide by 12 and make a separate payment on your mortgage each month. That makes one extra mortgage payment a year. This will turn your 30 year into 22 years. Now because you own a home you will probably be getting a tax refund. Take the amount of 1 principle payment and sent that in. Now you pay off the mortgage in about 17 years. This does not break your bank account for other items you need to put money into. Anything above that does not really help reduce the time on the mortgage.

Now you don't think it has anything to do with the fact that back in June they raised there minimum wage?????????????????? Have to recoup that money somehow.... 

As a Home Inspector my  advice is as follows.... The mold or fungus is there because there is water/ moisture in the crawlspace. The mold and or fungus can not live without water. First you have to find the cause of the moisture and correct that problem. Is it ground water, leaky pipe, exterior rain water entering the area what ever, you have to cure that water problem. IF not  any clean up will be useless and the issue will return. Next a complete covering of the ground with a thick plastic is needed from wall to wall. No gaps. Is there a way for any water that enters later ...leaky pipe.... to exit the crawlspace. Floor drain or sump pump. Proper ventilation is a must.... Many people today are sealing their crawlspaces and  making them conditioned spaces to prevent problems. Still not sure about this not enough time gone by to see if this really works. There are many companies that will do the work need to cure the problem. As an Inspector if i came to inspect this home and found it had new plastic and clean and dry surroundings there would be no issue to report to the client.  Not all inspectors are residential mold certified and their insurance companies will not let them talk about mold for that reason. I don't believe that the Connecticut shooting he owned the weapons. They were his moms. So now what are they going to check to see if any family and friends have guns  the "mentally unstable" might have access to......  Personal Responsibility---- 2 words most dems have no clue about.... 

About 4 months ago went to the WH on Old Hickory Blvd in Hermitage and saw the post at the door. So i walked away and went down to Stewarts Ferry and they had the same sign. I opened the door and asked the manager if they new about the sign and she said no. I told here that she needs to let her boss know that it is driving Law abiding citizens like me across the street to the Cracker Barrel. At that point i went to CB and had a much nicer meal than i would have got at WH. Checked the new WH in Donelson out about a month ago and no sign.

I have had to send in a pk380 for a broken safety and send in a ppk that was on recall. Service with S&W was great. You are now in the middle of the transition from S&W to Walther Arms in Arkansas good luck. Transitions can be tough.

Yes i did get her make and model and license number for the police. The officer said he would give the info to the detectives and asked if i wanted to press charges for property damage. I am going to give her a chance to do the right thing and then see if i need to proceed further.

Has an incident today where some kid in a parking lot tried to throw a rock at his sister and missed and cracked my windshield. Long story short I had to call Smyrna police for a report lady and kid left the area, When the officer showed up I gave him my ID and told him I was carrying. He asked where on me and what it was and then said If you don't draw i want. He filled out an incident report and then told me Smyrna has him carrying a Springfield and really wanted to carry his Glock. Shot the breeze for a bit and went on or way. Great guy he did Smyrna proud.
