1. I was driving back to SC from Knoxville this weekend and stopped in Smokey Mountain Knife Works, after handling the ESEE-4 I asked to see the 5 out of curiosity. I left ten minutes later with the ESEE-5. I've been pretty happy with it so far but I haven't had any chances to abuse it yet. We've got Mojave Viper in late January so we'll see how it handles it's first big test. I'll try to get some pictures soon.
2. Using your logic the military would have women and men showering together. Oh wait they don't, because their different sexes, or to take account for gays, different sexual attractions.
3. I'm looking for a good fixed blade to put on my plate carrier. It'll be used for everything from eating to hopefully cutting det cord. I really like this XM-7 EOD Knife And this EESE-5 And this Son of Dogfather Anyone have any experiences with any of these knives or suggestions on any similar to them?
4. Will never happen. You can't just have a range without insurance and legal fees, if you could there would be a lot more ranges.
5. 0351. 2009-present, K Co 3/4.
6. K Co 3/4. 29 Stumps. It's not too bad, I've been here about 2 months. I do miss Geiger's/Lejuene's trees though.
7. I have Sprint, I do 99 percent of my internet surfing on my phone or using my phone as a tethered modem (HTC Evo). I have had good experiences with their service and customer service, and I love this phone.
8. I left it kind of unspecific so whoever did draw it would do what they thought looked best. It's for a tattoo idea so it doesn't have to be overloaded with details. Combat load is SAPI/plate carrier with mag pouches and gear on it. Thanks.
9. Can someone take this and make it so W is a Marine in cammies/combat load and carrying a M4? I'm thinking for a possible tattoo. It wouldn't have to be perfect I'd have someone redraw/clean it up before I made it permanent.
10. Here's some of my pictures and videos from School of Infantry, the SMAW range, the breaching range, and the demo range. The SMAWs before the shoot. A video of a 3 rocket volley fire at night. http://s241.photobucket.com/albums/ff250/bteague2/SOI/?action=view&current=MOV02210.mp4] A freeze frame from the night shoot. Making the grape shot for the demo range. C4. Making holes in the ammo can casing for the det cord. C4 packed into the can. Fill the can with used brass for shrapnel. Front towards enemy. The breaching range. Donut charge. The oval charge from the stack. http://s241.photobucket.com/albums/ff250/bteague2/SOI/?action=view&current=MOV02235.mp4] The after math of the oval charge. Shooting the SMAW is cool, but nothing compares to breaching. I don't have the video but standing in the stack when the concrete charge goes off feels like getting kicked in the chest it's crazy. I've got a few more pictures but those are the good ones for the most part.
11. I recently had the opportunity to use my Ka-Bar to cut out drywall and rip up plywood sub-flooring. It performed great and only added to my love of my hiking/camping knife.
12. Active, 03. I'm off to Camp Geiger for ITB on the 17th.
13. December 14 - April 23, over 3 months. I had a hernia while in training and spent some extra time down there in Naval Hospital Beaufort and EHP. I shot sharpshooter on the range. My rifle was an FN M16A2, her serial number was 10290105.
14. I used to go see that at the Belcourt, it's great on the big screen but a little too long for me to watch on a regular tv. Mine is Christmas Vacation, we watch it every year while decorating the tree. More importantly it's one of my favorite movie's not and just Christmas movies.
15. If your going to do that make sure you send the sausage to the Nashville branch at my house.
16. A Red Ryder was also my first gun, and I've still got it. I love that thing, and will definitely pass on the tradition one day.
17. I like seeing family and friends, but I can't stand what Christmas is now. Although this Christmas is going to be special.
18. I don't know what to say, before I opened this thread I thought the title was a joke...
19. This is the truth, even though it pains me to agree with an Alabama fan.
20. Very cool pictures, the second one reminds me of a zombie movie for some reason. Maybe it's because the streets are deserted, and a helicopter flying down in the buildings?
21. Those commercials were amazing.
22. Ha true, but it is sets up the jump to the muppets.
