  7. It is illegal to carry a loaded long gun in TN. Not really sure how long it has been the case, but been that way as long as I can remember. Firearm meaning Handgun, Shotgun or Rifle. There are certain situations in which there is a defense to the above. By being a defense, it means you have may to show (to the LEO or court) that you were in that situation.

Since this is the last season of The Shield, it about has to.

Say Tungsten....a nice TGO patch would look good on any vest though, riding or shooting. Might even make a little money for the board.....

Yep... ...at the very least more something like the Southern Cruisers. Not a true 3-piece patch MC. But even if that was the case...not with a bunch of true 1%'s But I agree the show won't help those that don't like those on bikes feel any better about us. lol But as Ron White said, "You can't fix stupid!" ....and yes I know Ron was busted for drugs too long ago.....

I already have a bike.....so y'all just let me know when and where to meet up.
  13. Yep...and the bike doesn't look bad either.
  14. Love seeing the T.C.A. posted/quoted
  15. I know your question has been answered to your satisfaction, but this is somewhat related. In TN a LEO can disarm you during an encounter if he feels it is needed for "safety". But once he determines no laws have been broken, he is supposed to return your weapon before dismissing you.
  16. I don't think that is what it is.....but with the kids, who knows?!
  17. Tonight it's... Although some of Mars' Jack sounds a little better...

  19. Yes...they are. ...and as much as many may not like it....as long they can peacefully assemble they should be allowed to without the need for a permit IMO. I guess the "reasonable" in reasonable restrictions is open to interpretation.
  20. Yes, you can instantly check to see if it is stolen. As others have said a trace is long and drawn out and there is no state database to use. Exactly....
  21. You probably don't have to "legally" let him inspect your weapons, however he doesn't have to let you shoot there either. Seems the park ranger could be compared to the RSO at a private range and is simply wanting to make sure things are being done in a safe manner.

  23. The TBI and your sheriff each have 30 days to do each of their checks. Some sheriff's may wait the whole 30 days or not even return it at all then the DOS has to wait the 30 days to know they aren't going to.
  24. I do agree with that. I admit I was speaking more to OC in general. I will also agree that if a business has a trouble with an armed individual (regardless if the trouble has to do with being armed) it is very possible that business could ban carry on it's premises.
