  1. I recently bought a ruger American ranch in 5.56. They have threaded 16 inch barrels and also come in 300 black out. I've been using mine as a range toy but it would be great for a truck gun.
  2. Prone shooter behind biker rags on Kingston pike has primers as well as the knife works in Sevierville
  3. It's the way I hunt muzzle loader too. I even cast my own bullets.
  4. this is exactly what I believe our wonderful governor is going to do. He is campaigning already.
  5. In 9mm the cartridge seats on the case mouth so they will have a taper crimp. If you use a roll crimp on them they won't seat properly.
  6. It seems to me that the big bullying debate always hinges around social media not team sports. I don't see any reason for anyone under 18 to have any type of social media. I have never had an account with any of the social media outlets and don't miss it. If parents are truly worried about their children being bullied, then they shouldn't allow their kids to engage in any of the social media outlets. That being said, i don't have any use for a bully and in my experience they will always find a way to humiliate anyone they can. The coach in this instant did a good job of trying to minimize the embarrassment to the other team, but was unable to because his team out classed the other so badly.
  7. That is the funniest thing I've read in quite some time

    Tipped Min. Wage

I will tip well for good service, but if the service is bad the tip goes down, regardless of the food quality (the server didn't over cook your steak) This is at restaurants with actual servers, but at buffets and fast food I do not tip. And I can't stand to see tip jars except for when they're set up for the band or bartender. I have also called in a to go order at a restaurant and they added15-20% to the bill for gratuity. When this happens to me i won't be ordering take out from there again.
  9. I have been gathering the materials to try this and was wondering if you could substitute alcohol or another liquid for the acetone. I never thought of laquor thinner though.
  10. You might try a mercury recoil reducer on a 12ga. Most are easy to install and they aren't that expensive.
  11. The 22 ammo situation is outrageous right now. Usually when I go visit my grandparents I take my little cousin (he's about 10) a box or 2 of 22 ammo for him to pick up. If I take him too much at once he just uses the "spray and pray" method of marksmanship, but can really shoot good when his supply is low. His parents learned this quickly and started making him buy his own ammo with his allowance. No video games for this little boy, he would rather shoot. With prices the way they are now and his always limited supply of ammo he probably isn't getting to shoot much right now. The up side is I know of about 4 lgs that have some in stock, but they're kinda proud of it. Hopefully the supply will pick up soon.
  12. Jase is the man. He has some sense and is still a practical joker at heart.
  13. I read in an article, I think in handloader, that spp cases produce smaller sd's than the lpp cases. I have no way of testing it but I have been separating them out for a time when I'm short on lpp's and have a surplus of spp's.
