Yep, thats right, thats what they told me. But if fingerprinting has always been included in the 115, they should have found a way to continue paying whoever handles the fingerprinting or a way to transfer without a bunch of crap to have to find out about.

I called them today. Its not a price increase. they are changing the fingerprint service, to another service on 8-1-11. They explained to me that if you pay your 115.00 this month that you better get your fingerprints done before 7-31-11 or you will have to pay extra for fingerprinting. They told me after they start with their new service on 8-1 and you pay your permit fee after this date then thats all you have to pay, fingerprints will still be included.

I wish Ted Nugent could move down here and run for something. Or somebody with his way of thinking.

I took mine at G&L in greenbriar too. You can use one of their guns free as long as you buy the ammo. I used one of their 22's and bought a 4 dollar box of ammo. I didnt want to leave my gun in the car for 4 hours.Just pay attention to the instructor. In the class he told us about somebody shot all 6 rounds when he clearly told everybody to shoot one round at the beginning, well when we got in there he told us on the whistle shoot one round and somebody did it again in our class, shot all 6 rounds.

Nice set-up, i have a similar pair and agree. I have a ruger security six 6" barrel .357 and a gen 3 glock 19. Love em both. I wish I had night sights for my glock.

Its amazing how things are about the DOS not knowing the rules, laws, etc. But the regular old guy driving down the road and does something that he was not sure was a violation still gets a ticket because not knowing the law does not keep you from getting a ticket.

I dont drink at all while driving or handling guns. I might drink a six pack at the most and at home. I just started this post because I was wondering if it was ok to tote my 6 pack home while carring.
