  1. I feel more of a difference when I shoot or carry a gun with a different size grip rather than an action type. I have carried and done a lot of practice with a Glock 43x and a 48 over the last 3 years, conversely I have also shot a few of my 1911s as well for fun.The other day I picked up my Glock 34 to familiarize myself with it because I want to shoot IDPA with it some this year.It felt like I was gripping a 2x4.It took several minutes to get used to the grip and mag release.
  2. Most places in my area do the 4473 on a computer.I can’t remember the last time I filled one out on paper.
  3. I’ve noticed 9mm is down a little locally in Chattanooga
  4. I was going to say I remember when those were around $300 back in 86.
  5. I bought the Swiss Army watch at a pawn shop in Nashville on Nolensville Pike for $5.It runs like a “Swiss watch”
  6. Sweet!. I’ve owned at least a dozen Spydercos over the years and have been impressed with the quality. They have been part of my EDC since the 2010s but I do find the idea of an automatic Spyderco redundant.I noticed they did include the hole but much smaller like the ones on their fixed blades.
  7. I wear a cheap Timex Ironman at work. I have a couple nice Casios,a Bulova Marine Master and a Swiss Army watch but I never wear them.
  8. Glock 48 with a 15rd Shield Arms magazine or a Glock 19 depending on how big your hand is.
  9. Interesting to read this post too.I swore to not buy any guns this year except a Tac 14.Anyone who has one how is the finish holding up?. I have heard for several years now that the new Remingtons have issues with that and the action binding when using cheap ammo.
  10. Depends on the political climate.I remember during the Clinton ban Glock mags were going for $100,now 18 years later they are $22.They are worth what the market will bear.
  11. Welcome to Chattanooga, what is the name of your business?
  12. DD214.You are allowed to purchase 2 Blue Labels in a calendar year if you have an Honorable Discharge.
  13. Yes it is.Lethal Weapon,The Long Kiss Goodnight and Reindeer Games are as well.
  14. They have a great inventory of Blue Label Glocks. If they are out of a specific model they can usually get it in a few days and btw they are cheaper on Blue Labels than Outpost Armory.I’ve got a couple from them.I’m debating either a 45 or a 19M sometime in the future.
  15. I have a 43x and a 48.To me they carry about the same and I actually prefer the 48 now after carrying the 43x for over 2.5 years.
  16. 62 Nova,62 Ford truck,79 Bronco and I still regret not buying a 78 Trans Am,I had the money but ended up buying a motorcycle instead.

  19. Pythons have always been pricey. Most people who bought them fired them little if any and put them up.
  20. Just an FYI the CMP is still accepting orders for Round 3.Rumor is they haven’t received enough orders. I think part of the reason is they upped the price $200 on each grade.
  21. A lot of them had parts replaced and or mixed up at the unit level.Only guns sent to an arsenal were stamped.
  22. No but according to the sheriff’s FB page it is going to be rescheduled
  23. My niece was going to go but found out beforehand it was canceled.
  24. 30+ years ago there was a rusty VW Beetle body at the edge of a field bordering AEDC.Sitting inside it in a lawn chair during a shotgun hunt I thought was a great idea, didn’t get a shot all weekend.
