Over the next few weeks or so I’m going to need to get a truck or maybe full-size suv (suburban/yukon/tahoe). Or maybe a 4Runner. Would prefer crew cab since I have kids and their booster seats that’ll need to fit in the back. Extended cab may work since their legs are still pretty short. My budget isn’t very much. $4k maybe $5k at the most. I know this isn’t going to afford anything very nice and whatever it does afford will have high miles I just need reliable and something to get me through the next couple years driving to and from work and picking up the kids from day care. So I figured I’d put out some feelers on here and see if anyone has anything they just don’t use anymore. Facebook market place prices have gotten incredibly high but I still keep checking there too. I'm looking for one of the flip lid gun boots to mount to my motorcycle. The pull off lid wouldn't work. I'm not even sure if any version will actually work without modification, but I can't think of any other options! If anyone has one spare, I'd really like to not pay retail for something I'll probably have to attack with a sawzall! Not looking for any handouts, I just don't want to buy new in case it doesn't work.

Looking for an entry level (inexpensive) scope. Be gentle, I don't really know what I want, thermal/IR/NV/whatever, just want to be able to see up to 100 yards at night. Looking for something to put on the "house gun" so I can see what's out there at night. Looking to spend under $500, no idea what that'll buy me. Willing to pay in cash, ammo, MAC/DeWalt tools. 60+ hours a week on the tool truck so not looking to drive far from Jefferson City but I'm in Greeneville and Rogersville every week.

I’m looking for a big bore revolver to use for hunting. I would like a .44 mag or larger caliber with at least a 6 inch barrel. I’m open to brands and it being single or double action. I’m in Knoxville and willing to drive a couple hours to meet someone on a Saturday or Sunday. I have a Tennessee HCP if that matters, I know some people would rather deal with a carry permit holder.
