East TN reloading supplies

Recommended Posts

Sportsman's warehouse on Lee highway in Chattanooga has a good selection. I haven't found any local casters
There are some here on the forum that sell brass from time to time.
I haven't had a chance to get to a show here to check out the local suppliers.

Thanks I'll check out sportsman's warehouse.

Sportsman's Warehouse has probably the largest selection of stuff in town and reasonably priced.   North Georgia Reloaders is a good place for brass and a limited supply or powder and they are a Dillon Dealer but their stock on Dillon stuff sucks.

Bass Pro Shop, Cabella's, and Gander Mountain have some stuff with Cabella's having the most of those three.    Frost Cuttlery has a sign out front saying they have reloading supplies.   Don't waste your time back tracking from the Ooltewah exit.   What little stuff they have is way way over priced.

Closer to you Benton's Shooter's supplies had a decent amount of reloading stuff the last time I was there a year or so ago.  They were priced high then and probably high now but it might be worth the trip to investigate it.

There is a site reloadingunlimited.com.   I've bought a lot from them at gun shows and they are in Calhoun so you may be able to arrange to pick items up from them locally and save on hazmat.   I asked a guy working their booth once if you could do this but he wasn't sure because he was watching the the booth while the normal guy was away from the booth.

Thanks for the info. Calhoun and Benton aren't too far from me so I may swing by next weekend and see what they have.

Benton Shooters Supply typically has good stock but prices are high.

I only buy from them when I absolutely need it and I get as little as I can to get me by.

The best deals and great stock levels I got is from David at gunshows... Aka Magnum Materials.

I save my spare change and loose dollars and always end up spending over 300 dollars.

I need to get a couple cases of primers ...

David comes highly recommended from members of this forum for good reason.

In chattanooga, I hit sportsman warehouse, Cabelas ((best pricing and good selection)) and North Georgia Reloading.

Do you know what shows David goes to?

Knoxville is where I go.
I buy enough to make the trip.
For some reason he doesn't do Chattanooga gun shows.

Are they low enough to justify driving to Knoxville instead of cabelas or north ga reloading? I've been to the show in Cleveland a few times but it's pretty dang small.
