3 gun at Middle TN Shooters Club 5/7/17

Middle Tennessee Shooters club will be hosting its monthly 3 gun match on Sunday May 7th. It will feature 5 challenging stages. Round count is approximately 100 rounds per gun and at least 2 slugs. No slings necessary. 200 yards for the longest rifle shots. You can register on practiscore or at the range on the day of. Registration at the range starts at 11:00 AM and closes at noon. Match fee is $25 for non members and $20 for members. New shooters please be there a little early for the safety briefing. I can be reached with any questions at sumocrp@aol.com

Only because you pointed it out - I'm stuck in DC and have to miss this one!  As long as you're not shooting PCC with Ryan...

What new toy do you have that is so great you'll forsake the mighty 30 cal???

Its an older AR that I put together the morning after the Clinton AWB sunset in 2004.  Its been a test bed of sorts ever since, can't begin to list all of the changes and re-mods it has had over the years.  

Does need a new trigger....., 13 years ago we hadn't begun to struggle with how to pronounce Bill Geissele's last name!

We do have it pretty good right now with AR triggers, don't we?  You can tell the young spoiled kids how you used to have to work with a 2-stage surplus trigger (the horror!!!).

And they won't even know what that is.  ;-)
