Mean looking desk those nice guns are leaning against.

Early "inheritance" from my Dad. He and Mom acquired it in the early sixties.

It's in the Chippendale style, late 1700/1800, most likely an English import. Drawer hardware is supposedly period correct, but not original.

Oak frame and panels overlaid with a mahogany veneer.

The Hi-Point

Ah, the much maligned Hi-Point...

Can't speak for any other products, but mine is great.

2" groups, 50 yards, iron sights, experienced shooter, not me.

Only failures are me, you really need to make sure the mag catch catches.

Ran it through a short range carbine class, no issues and I'm a few thousand rounds into it.

The mags are the weak point, for trouble shooting, Google the specs for the mag lips.

Black is beautiful!!! Of course, I sorta prejudice, I think I got three of the four. :)

I also have a Hi-point carbine. As long as you stay with Hi-point mags and keep the them in good shape, it runs like a Singer sewing machine. Stay away from the Pro-Mag 15 rounders though! They are garbage.
