Heh... Seems like it would help ensure no one violates the etiquette. 

I'd just have to make a point to get upwind of the jackwad who sits in the line with their exceedingly stinky diesel truck on high idle.  I'll bet the tank smells worse.  

And you're allowed to have a gun in your car with a permit, so shouldn't be an issue there.
