You have a limited space on the site and you can just paste the picture into your message.  Anything beyond your limited space here you need the photo on a server where you can paste in the URL. There are some free spaces on the net but they are getting harder to find and not all are compatible it is trial and error.   I would recommend scaling the image & compressing them enough so you don't use up all your space with the first few images.
