What a waste - Hawaii destroying old issue guns

Recommended Posts

It has been said Stupid is as Stupid does so this is just a prime example of it. When they won't even sell them to the officers that once carried the weapon that tells you how much they trust their own police officers to do what is right. The tax payers will not only have to pay for the destruction of the old guns but pay for all the New Glocks that are replacing the Smith's. Now I know why Obama likes Hawaii so much! They think just like he does!!!

The sad part here is that there is a really good chance that a percentage of these guns will slip past destruction and into the hands of criminals anyway. It would be a haul too sweet to pass up for a dirty cop and his criminal buyers.

See, they are brought with tax payer money, they should not be allowed to destroy them unless they are offered for sale to the public first.
