Just signed up last night and excited to learn more.  Some issues seem a little confusing to me, so I'm hoping to clear up a lot of that.  I travel the state extensively, staying in a lot of hotels and end up in some sketchy areas at times.   The nature of my work requires me to go to schools across the state.  I have my carry permit and keep a gun with me when on the road.  Am I allowed to have my gun on school property as long as it is lock up in my car?  No way would I consider taking it in, but at hotels, pumping gas, etc., I'm not going unprotected.  Thanks in advance!
