Looks like metro is going to run on of these turn your guns in and we will give you $75 in gift cards this Saturday.  It is happening at a Baptist Church on 12th ave.

 

Anybody going to go and offer cash to see if you can find some good deals?

So a tank and a half or maybe even two of gas and about four good frozen pizzas is going to reduce juvenile violence?  

After the grandmother turns in some old ratty Saturday night special, the punk living under her roof won’t even share that pizza.

I always wanted to have a bunch of broken Rohm RG 10 pistols to trade in at one of these. Get there 1st thing and then trade the gift cards to people in the parking lot. 

 

Wonder if this turns out as well as that gun buyback pistol that showed up a while back in that shooting?

The police do know that criminals come turn in broken guns or ones with a body count then trade the gift cards for another cheap gun, right?

 

I guess it makes them look good to the general public while making no real difference.

I have a crappy old revolver frame - its still legally a firearm- think i’ll get the gift cards? After all - if it saves even one life its worth it.....
