Front Sight Training

I won a 4 day course for either rifle or handgun from here, but can't seem to find a whole lot on them. What information I can find seems to be at each end of the spectrum where people either say it's great while others say don't waste the airfare. So what does TGO have to say?

I have a colleague at the office who has gone to numerous Front Sight classes.  He's actually a member here, too, but I don't know that he gets online very much.  I'll see if he can stop in and post his thoughts.
