Have been at Taurus G2C for my wife’s EDC anybody have any experience with these good or bad? She finally agreed to start carrying so doing a little research on this gun. I like the 12 rounds capacity just just not sure about the Taurus brand. We are going today to let her put her hand on a few different ones like the shield and maybe a G26 or a Sig. I really like the price of the Taurus but if it won’t work when needed it not a deal.

A couple of weeks ago, I got my brand new S&W 442 out of lay-a-way at Harvey's here in Knoxville. Been looking around for a new holster for it.  I ended up picking  DeSantis Sof-Tuck IWB #106. I got it today from Academy Sports and have been carrying all afternoon.  This is my first foray with a IWB holster.  I'm pretty impressed do far with the concealablity and comfort!
One thing I'm not impressed with though is the durability of the finish on this pistol. It's already picked a couple of scratches.  For a Smith, I would have expected a more scratch resistant finish.  So far that's the only thing I don't like about this little revolver.
